Hampton Inn Baltimore/Owings Mills

Location to family I was visiting

Rooms service cleaned rooms every 2 days, breakfast buffet was medium at best

Clean. Great breakfast

Comfort of mattress.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Hot breakfast including make your own waffles which we love! Quick check in and check out. When i realized i left my coat and stainless steel water bottle in the room after checkout, they let me back in to get it.

Yes the hallways smelled like weed , people smoking weed outside of the hotel, coffee in pots in lobby were cold and no house keeping

Mattresses need to be replaced. Stayed at the location numerous times over the past several years and have been noticing they are getting lumpy and center supports are noticeable. Please replace soon.

No clothing carts available for check in or out. I Recommended a solution for the desk/clerk but it may went on deaf ears because there were none available for my check out. That's a real problem when your on the 3-4th floor

Our room was directly over the engineers room and it sounded like heavy equipment working outside, very poor sleep???

Stayed 3 nights- was told rooms are serviced every other day. NEVER happened. Had to ask for Kleenex and toilet paper on 2nd day. Need to provide larger wastebaskets if you aren?t going to service rooms

Front desk would not check us in without credit card for "extra charges". Our room was prepaid and we do not use extras. He then said it was for damages. We're eighty-year-olds. Do you expect we're going to have wild parties? Shower spray was broke

The hotel was convenient to all locations to what I needed.

Yes the room was not very clean I found a lemon under a cheer I found socks and bags around. My key fob kept getting deactivated and would not let me in the building on 2 separate times.

Hotel was very clean. Would have wanted more that 2 bath towels, although when we asked for more we did received addtional.

It was very clean, great amenities, relatively quiet, the breakfast offerings were good, the staff was very hospitable.

Yes, the limited parking spaces that were available. This hotel is next to another Hilton hotel, & both hotels have to share the available parking. The Hampton Inn has very few parking spaces around it. This made us have to park far & walk late at night.

Quick check-in, professional staff, and cleanliness of room.

Not sure why our bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, which would allow the removal of moisture that could potentially be harmful to health.
