Room and bed was not clean. Sand was everywhere. Even on the “clean” bed. Also our toilet did not flush properly.

The location is excellent. Room was nice and a good size. Live entertainment was good. Drink service on the beach is a nice touch. Chairs and umbrellas readily available on the beach.

No hot water the first 2.5 days of our stay as well as no food service due to a gas leak. No housekeeping came to our room until the last day of our stay. We had to take our garbage to a pail by the elevator to get it out of our room. We had to request toilet paper for our room at the front desk. Also we had to request clean towels. Our room was covered with sand. The bed was a little too soft for our liking.

The location is great as well as the beach bar and grill. They provide you beach chairs and umbrellas which was really good. Activities on the beach and beach bar service were also a really nice feature. Fitness center was totally.adequate for most things. Hot tub was a good size. Great happy hour and good drink specials and overall drinks were pretty solid. Easy check in and hotel is easy to navigate. Tide room and tap room are ocean front which is very nice and gave you good options for.eating on property, plus the beach grill. Overall decor was coastal modern and felt.newish. Rooms were clean but very basic. Service overall was pretty good.

The pool is very small for the size of the hotel and can get crowded. Beach chairs provided by the hotel are not very good quality and can be uncomfortable for some. Not enough seating in the rooms or places to charge devices. Portable AC units to keep hotter public areas cool were unsightly. Elevator wasn't slow but it wasn't fast either. Service on the beach was spotty (i.e you couldn't find someone). Soap and toiletries in room were average and not enough. AC units in the rooms were super loud but did their jobs in really hot weather. Some public areas could use touching up around the beach bar. Rooms could have been laid out better for their size. Public area around the tap room was total wasted space (used to be an indoor pool)

Everything in the room looks nice, tidy and clean. Just like the spaces inside the hotel, all very nice and comfortable. The staff was friendly!

In the booking photos they show that there are umbrellas and chairs of the hotel to be comfortable on the beach. However, they weren’t there. I would have loved to enjoy this service and be comfortable on the beach.

The rooms were large, beds comfortable

The balcony was ridiculous (barely room for one person and could not even put a chair on it to sit) , there was no micro wave in the room (apparently if you wanted one it was an additional 25 dollars

I liked the view. The room was nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and polite.

The bed wasn't really comfortable. Looked underneath and there are not enough slates to hold up the bed. The pillows were toooooo soft. Mine as well not have pillows on the bed.

The staff was great. The location was good. The food was also good. (The pancakes are great)

The facility is looking a little tired. Needs cleaned up outside, and the place needs a paint job and some fixing.

Very nice location and stay.
