Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Surf Inn Suites of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. In accordance with government guidelines to minimize transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary, and other relevant info on dates where such guidelines exist. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Surf Inn Suites does not accept pets, please accept our apologies. No Smoking or vaping are not allowed inside the rooms. Smoking or vaping are only allowed in designated area. $250 fine for any unauthorized smoking or vaping. Kids Stay: Kids ages 12 and under stay for free when sharing adults room. Kids ages 13 and more pay $13 per night per stay. Up to 5 kids are allowed with one adult. No more than 6 people in total are allowed per room. Rollaway/extra beds are not available. Cribs (infant beds) are not available. Surf Inn Suites does not provide cribs or extra beds. Maximum Occupancy: No more than 6 adults is allowed per room or 1 adult and 5 kids maximum is permitted per room. Check Ins: Check in time is between 3 PM and 6 PM. Guests checking in after 6 PM must call the front desk office to hold their reservation. Reservations booked with credit card will need to provide valid photo ID when checking in, along with the same credit card that has their name on it for incidentals to prepay any damages. The name on the reservation must match Photo ID and name on the credit card used to book the reservation. $200 deposit per stay for incidentals is required and is refundable upon checking out and inspecting the premises. Minimum check in age is 18. Check Outs: Check out time is before 11 AM. Cancelation policy: Guests who cancel 1 week or more before 6:00 PM EST on the day of check-in are charged no fee. Travelers who cancel less than 1 week before 3:00 PM EST on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 1 night plus tax. Large group cancelations: Reservations and policies that are canceled for large groups differ and are subject to 1 night charge plus tax regardless of time of cancelations. Daily Parking Fee of $10: Car parking available for registered guests only. 1 reserved parking space per room for a daily fee of $10. Internet: Free Standard wireless Internet service is included for all guests. The property does not have elevators. Service Fee: USD 4.99 per night. Property Service Charge: $9.99 per stay. Services: Daily Room Service is available upon request. Vending machine (drinks) Outdoor Pool: Seasonal Outdoor pool opens from May to September and is for registered guests only.
