Not enough soundproofing between floors/ceilings. We were woken by footsteps/walking above us. Would only stay on top floor if we came back.

Location. Breakfast was okay.

Toilet handle was totally loose and hard to flush. Bathroom floor had obviously been replaced - the grout was spread all over the tiles. Really ugly. Couldn¿t turn a/c down, even though it said it had been. Freezing in there. Same for my friends.

Front desk was very nice and helpful! Would stay here again

Beds were not good, we rented two rooms and the foot was higher than the head on all of the beds. The refrigerators in both rooms were very loud and disturbed our sleep. The continental breakfast was also a disaster, no hot items, like a 2 star hotel.

Bath & Body Works products at the bathroom. Everything looks cute, clean and comfort. ¿¿¿¿

The blankets of 1 of my 2 beds has black short hair on top of it, before I used. It looks like the housekeeping personal didn't put clean/new blankets when they have done the checkout cleaning before me. ¿¿¿¿ not happy for that.

the room we stayed in 219, 1-bathtube didnt drain 2-sink stoper was broken,had to fix myself 3-2 light bulbs out in bathroom 4-cabinet for fridge was broken,3/4 of the door was gone. 5-fridge kept ticking all night,hard to sleep

The room was roomy and didn't feel cramped at all. It had all the amenities we needed: iron and ironing board, blackout curtains. The bed was comfy and the cold breakfast in the mornings was good. The staff was very responsive to our requests.

Location in Leonardtown is great. Lots of great restaurants and shops in walking distance. The wharf is also an easy walk. And the employees are top notch, friendly and helpful. The cold breakfast is good. Fresh fruit,bagels, donuts,toast,oatmeal,yogurt

When looking in every nook and cranny for a tie my son lost, I found quite a few dust bunnies under the air conditioner, under the chair,etc. The rest of the room was very clean, but it needs to be vacuumed thoroughly.

The location was perfect for us. The Hotel was situated in downtown Leonardtown. The Hotel staff was superb. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We look forward to staying there again when we are in Southern Maryland.

This hotel was very convenient for a wedding we attended in Clements, MD. It was also within walking distance of several local restaurants and a bayside park. Very clean and comfortable.

There were several similarly-rated hotels for half the price only 15 minutes down the road. This is the hotel that was recommended by the wedding party due to location but I wish I had spent more time researching before booking a non-refundable rate.

We did not have hot water the first day we were there. I asked to speak with the manager, on two separate occasions and to date has never returned my calls.

Great location

Really the only good thing about this hotel is the location. It's so walkable to everything. However, it's dated, not the cleanest, they hardly ever answer the phone and things break easily. I feel like they don't try hard since there's no competition.

The TV was small, there was no dresser or CHEST of drawers, it took forever for the water to get hot enough for a shower, I moved the chair to see the tv better and the carpet underneath looked as though it had never been vacuumed, there was no bar,no eat

Spacious rooms. Leonardtown is a nice city.

Towels were old and very hard.

I couldn't get through to the front desk that we would not be arriving until 10 pm for check in. I used the number associated with the booking but it kept telling me to leave a message at the beep. I told reception when we arrived.
