Comfort Inn Frederick - Ballenger Creek

The receptionist was so nice and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located and the room was clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Breakfast options were a bit limited but good.

Originally was on third floor. It was very hot. Blowers were on floor with windows open. Our room was next to elevator that was noisy. Was given an upgrade.

The staff & breakfast bar

We had to change our room due to what looked like mildew on the sheer curtains. The hallway on the 3rd floor was like a sonna, the little pillows made it difficult to get comfortable & sleep.

Location

Smell, noise, AC was super loud

very clean and comfortable and lovely breakfast

Pet-friendly

Bathroom had lots of mildew, used soap left in shower.

Clean

Fluffy small pillows and breakfast was very weak

The location, for a 12 hour trip, stop to rest and continue the next day, It?s excellent.

Breakfast. A good Hot Breakfast, for those who have to continue traveling.l

there was no room maintenanxe for three days. I was told i xould request it . After two days i requested towels and trash removal which never happened.

Seemed quite and clean. Its been our third time staying at comfort inn in Fredrick

The beds were very comfortable.

Location of toilet paper was hard to reach. Water pressure was weak.

Dog friendly. Plenty of nearby restaurants. Returning for 2nd time

Location

Pool was closed. We got one story from the desk clerk at the adjoining hotel and a completely different story from the manager where we stayed. Super disappointed!

Room was immaculate. Very clean. Plenty of parking for trucks, vans, RV's and oversized vehicles. Very quiet. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff was professional and prompt.

The rooms were musty. Had a dampness. Lacks ventilation. Creates a musty smell and environment despite a very well maintained and staffed hotel.

Very nice staff and the location is close to many restaurants and stores.

Hotel quality and decor felt a little low budget, and it was located in a commercial zone, kinda like staying in a mall. Nothing to see out the window except big box stores. Nothing WRONG with it, just no character.

It's convenient to our visit to our daughter and her family and reasonable and offers a breakfast. We do miss the cookies.

On Monday, they didn't have the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwiches which were tasty and convenient and a good alternative to their prior breakfasts that were offered before the pandemic made them change.

It¿s location with many restaurants and anything one needs close by.

Internet required restarting frequently Survey instructions are presumptive, a survey is not to puff up, but to speak the truth!

I liked that the location was not to far off of the main road, and that the staff was very top notch.

I did not care for the breakfast offerings.

It was clean. The "dog room" was on first floor, just next to the side exit -- wonderful!

A more complete breakfast would be nice.

The bed was very comfortable and accommodating

The breakfast could have been better¿The only hot foods were microwavable
