Hotel Employee at the desk was great. the room was small but very clean, plenty of hot water in the shower. it is a old roadside place that has been updated very nicely.

the walls seem to be thin. we listened to the people in the next room have a conversation all night long.the road it is on is hard to make turns on but that is not there fault.

From the very first meeting of Hotel Employee, it was an experience that was a good one. The hotel is great, location good and will definitely go there at another time.

The owner need to invest in more hairdryers for his rooms. Another guest had borrowed their only blow dryer so therefore I couldn't wash my hair since that person had gone out without returning it to the office.

Sutton Inn is a family owned in business. It is EXTREMELY clean. The owner is very helpful and has been updating the rooms. Can't go wrong! Have stayed there many times over the years and would stay there again.

Location good, very clean., friendly staff, wish they would have hade a breakfast setup, a little pricey for the short amount of time we were there. It was pretty close to where we were going.

Our room was lovely and clean. The owner was very personable and went out of his way to accommodate our early arrival.

Took me to my room and adjusted a/c so room was comfortable and made sure refrigerator was set properly.

Safe and spacious. Pet friendly too! The host, Chuck, is very hospitable and friendly. May stores nearby too.

We really like the rooms although there wasn't anywhere to hang your cloths. We didn't need to hang ours but in the future. The bathrooms were incredibly done very well. I want to remodel my bathrooms after this one. The bagels were delicious. I would have like to have gone to the bakery to grab a dozen to bring home. Chuck is a heck of a nice guy too! We look forward to returning soon for another event!

We were there to attend the Maryland 5-Star event at Fair Hill. Sutton Inn suited our needs. It is very small, about 10 rooms. It was close to Fair Hill and there are good restaurants nearby. Our room was clean and spacious. Very comfortable beds. Nice shower. Very quiet.

We really had no complaints.

Very clean. Big, comfy beds. Huge bathroom and shower, with a heater in the bathroom. Options for late check-in.

Have to ask office for ice. No hangers or hair dryer in the room.

The guy at the front desk was super friendly, and answered all of my questions. The room was big and the bathroom was so beautiful and big with a double shower head.

Everything was just great, from the owner/manager to the staff they made sure we had a good stay. The room, beds and bathroom were all exceptional. I recommend this place to anyone traveling in the area to stay here.

Although it is an older facility the room was very clean.
