Pros +
- The staff was amazing
- Our room was recently renovated which made it cleaner than other areas of the hotel.
- The clean room and the choice of breakfast items. Also enjoyed a chocolate chip cookie on arrival.
Cons -
- The beds were horribly hard
- Had to wait for someone to go outside and get the desk agent. We were late for a funeral visitation and it was frustrating that we could not promptly get into our room. Also, the lobby area was draped in plastic and major renovations were taking place.
- Had to get staff to unlock pool entrance and could not find fitness area. Breakfast area was loaded with very noise and active boys from a team that were running everywhere, no staff around. There was a train in area that was quite noisy most of night.
