Unfriendly staff. Rooms not serviced at all during stay. Breakfast sucked.

The bath tub was old and had a cockroach. The breakfast was okay.

Everything was like 30 years old including the mattresses, the pool was closed, and I was charged $150 for incidentals (which was more than the cost of the room) even though I paid with affirm, and it still has not been refunded.

Smell of the room was weird and musty. Found some hairs in the tub, pretty gross

Didn't like that you have to request room service and a foul odor coming from the garbage can on the 4th floor.

The hotel room was super clean, a lot nicer than I expected, and it exceeded my expectations for staying in this hotel for the first time.

When stepping into the elevator, there was a weird smell but it was bearable.

receptionist was very friendly and recommended different places to visit around the hotel

there were no bathtubs in the rooms contrary to the website

The room is different thank the internet photo and the room the toilet moved and the desk chair is broken I don't liked

I absolutely the staff was exemplary especially a front desk clerk. She went above and beyond throughout my stay meeting all my request , needs and more! I unexpectedly came down with the flu shortly after check in and she was beyond my expectation

Yes I didn¿t like that the hotel housekeeper didn¿t bring two new pillows after showing her that I had thrown up I them and the overnight guy was thd opposite of her. He just refused to get two pillow for me and refused to allow me to buy a drink lazy

The living room and couch ere very good. Having a TV in each room was important.

There was no freezer in the refrigerator. It was very hard to get ice I was on 1st Floor): 1. The first floor was out. 2. I wound up having to go all the way to the 4th floor to get it. The toilet was low for my wife and me as senior citizens.

The staff was helpful.

The first room we were given on the second floor smelled like weed in the hall way and cigarette smoke in the room. That room also had a cockroach on the wall. The second room we were put in on the third floor was full of cockroaches. We didn¿t stay.

Price, nice hotel, staff good, clean

Very difficult to find and get into!! Really off the interchange back residential development roads. Not much parking for trailers or large vehicles.

The staff did go above and beyond and was really friendly. Facilities were clean.

It's a little trickier to get there on not directly at a major highway, though the hotel and staff make that more than up and makes the 5 minute drive off road-side well worth it!

Two TVs, a bathtub, placement pf the bathroom door, abd the water pressure and temperature.

Most of the rooms don't have the air conditioners in AUTO mode. That means fan would be running all the time like the ones in Motel 6 and Super 8. However, there are very few rooms with digital thermostats on A/C units working in AUTO mode.

Our reservation was not as promised but the MOD did her best to accommodate us. Hotel was very quiet considering it was ON the highway. Room was clean and updated but they must have been a rush to finish. Missing light plates, screws etc.

The hotel is located very close to a busy highway and you have to go through a neighborhood, down an rundown dead end street bordered by 2 storage places and graffiti. Hotel signs say you need a key card to enter and they have no cash. Nice once inside.

Great hotel, Even though it is an older hotel, it is very well kept, and looks brand new. High ceilings and large rooms.

The room was very comfortable. There was a comfortable sofa across from a nice size TV and a nice desk . The sleeping area had a very comfortable king size bed, a nice area to put away clothing, plus a great upholstered bench to sit on.
