Tv didn’t work at first but they came and fixed it

It smelled of smoke. Very dated in decor. The remote control was dirt and only held together by tape.

The staff was friendly

The room wasn’t the cleanest, makeup smudged on the walls/doorhandle in the bathroom and stray hairs on the sheets.

The heat wouldn?t get warm in my room it was cold I informed the front desk but I still didn?t get no help he told me he never got that complaint before

Cleanliness and staff also owner/ manager are amazing. Just didn't expect the new rule of $100 deposit wasn't exp. Besides that I love it there.

Surprise $100 deposit. That's it. I do understand why though. People will tear things up someone should be held responsible

The hotel it's okay. I usually stay with Days Inn because I travel a lot for business. Staff is not the greatest and they start knocking on your door by 10am.

Staff, certain lady that check me in on Thursday that was rude and had the wrong attitude. They charged my card 2 times.

This hotel was overrun with homeless people in the parking lot and multiple groups of people accessing rooms. It was not safe nor was it clean. I left and slept in my car. I lost my money because I could not cancel the reservation.

Clean rooms, friendly cooperative staff. Great location. Overall 100% satisfied

Lower cost.

The posting states it includes breakfast. Probably because of the continuing fear mongering over ever less-threatening virus, it did not. We would have stayed regardless; that was not the reason we chose it, but the post needs to be accurate.

When I left

Nothing worked the TV The ice machine it was filthy and bugs.

The front desk staff and the environment. Extremely dirty hotel. The front desk glass has been shattered and no repairs done. Very disgusting environment.

We did not stay. Place was filthy. Looked like it snowed cigarette butts. Trash laying in parking lot. Stained sheets. Final straw, something bit my daughter in her bed. Packed and drove 3 hrs to home.

The TV worked

The room smelled like it was mopped with a mildew mop. They did not have a Second lock on the door. One towel was dirty the pillow smell like old basement. If it wasn¿t for me being so sleepy and needing some rest I would have switched hotels.

Trash on walkway. I ended up in a room that was designated for smoking. Even at that, housekeeping should be able to wash drapes, curtains, linens and clean walls and floors to eliminate smoke residue. This should be done more especially because of COVID

I only like the fact they have smoking rooms.

First thing I see when I go to my room is that there is old furniture right in front of my door.I open the door to my room and 2 bugs crawl acroos the floor bwfore I even enter. The manager wouldn't let me see the agreement i signed plus more. Horrible !!
