pretty good breakfast, friendly staff, nice place overall
Staff were superb
Staff & location. The staff opened breakfast hours before they usually do to accommodate the guests attending the Ironman race in Cambridge.

Cons -

No refrigerator or microwave in room. No fan in the bathroom
Poor bedding, mattress and pillows
The room did not have a refrigerator or places to hang clothes. These are basic items I did not think to look whether the room came with them.

Staff were amazing and so helpful, with driving directions for the rest of our trip,late check-in, and helping us to eat breakfast in our room. Room was very attractive and the beds were luxuriously appointed and comfortable
