Price.

Room smelled moldy. Fan running outside the door (probably for the water causing the mold). Shower did not drain. No shampoo in shower.

Quiet, comfortable, breakfast

It’s old. They’ve “remodeled” rooms but it’s very topical; our shower handle and other items were still old and broken.

The staff was kind and helpful.

I will be requesting a full refund. Their site did’t mention they were under renovations. The pool was closed. There was equipment throughout the halls. Had to change rooms, original room was under renovation. shower did not work properly

Booked pool view room.... Slight view of pool, under remodel. So was whirlpool. Not mentioned in ad, itinerary, etc...

The Breakfast

We went to put a mattress cover on the bed for our Son who sometimes has accidents sometimes and the mattress was very stained! And it seemed old and dark.

It had character. The outside was landscaped well and the main hallway was wide and lighted well. The staff was friendly. Although an older motel, it was well maintained.

Clean room. AC worked.

Check in/out staff were rude.

Location was good

The person I checked in with had lack of politeness, professionalism and borderline rude.Then the smell of marijuana as I walked into the entrance to get to my room was awful. Then the hot tub jets barely worked and the sauna did not work.

Staffs were very nice, next to everything out would need.

Room was clean, the TV stand can go. Make the room looked outdated.

The beds werent comfortable, the hotel smelled like smoke, I couldnt take a shower without being scolded or frozen out every several seconds either way. The hot tub was warm but didnt have jets that worked

The wifi on the tv didn¿t work so I couldn¿t log into netflix. The ac in the room sucked and didn¿t do a thing. Hotter than hell all night

The staff was great and the room was as expected

There were huge groups of people screaming and running up and down the hall literally all night long.

The bathroom was nice.

The water in the indoor pool was freezing. The kids got in but couldn¿t stay in for long. There was no heat in the pool room. The hot tub was empty.

Front desk staff was lovely and let us check in early. The breakfast was nice.

Pool was not heated. Room was dirty - hair on shower walls. Found boy scout hat next to desk (you would think something this big would have been noticed).

Easy to get to. Location. Clean and comfortable room.

Shower head too low so that husband who is 6ft 4¿ tall could not take a decent shower without having to almost doing toe touches to just get his head & shoulders wet.

Beautiful hotel in and out. All staff members where amazing! Hotel was in a great and convenient location. Bed was comfortable and looked sharp.

The couch was stained, could use a bit of cleaning. We had two remotes for the two tv's but, only one worked on both. The shower head need to be replaced, water went everywhere. The pool had hard water stains which didn't make me feel comfortable going in
