The people are always so nice, friendly, helpful, and well mannered.

Everyone has an off day.all my other trips her were great. The last night it was alot of crying hollering from Guest in near by rooms and hallway. Check out is at 12 The man at the desk knocked at 930am about us leaving.& would not give a paper receipt

The staff were super welcoming and helpful. The hotel was quiet during the day, room was cold and clean, view was nice, bed was comfy.

The walls and adjoining door were thin, unfortunately at night we could hear everything from the adjoining room and even the room on the other side, toilets flushing, TV playing, shower running.

2pm check in. 12pm check out. Lots of food close by.

Was a woman who I believe was living in the hotel, her body was full of open wounds and bandaids and she had the audacity to get into the pool and hot tub. The other guests as well as I were extremely disturbed by this. I'm assuming she was a drug user.

Lots of restaurants in the area.

Why would you leave the TV remote out so that whoever has that controls the TV. FOX news on during breakfast was not something I cared to be seeing. Turn on the weather channel or ESPN and then put the remote at the desk.

The front desk staff were lovely. Breakfast was excellent

The room was clean but smelled a bit musty and the pool had a lot of algae

The halls and room were clean, the staff was pleasant, good water pressure for the shower, good breakfast.

The only negative is the large gap between the hotel room door and the floor. It allows a lot of light and noise to come in the room which disturbed my sleep.

Always clean, breakfast server is excellent, friendly, helpful and her area is spotless and the hot food is HOT! Always stay here on our way to DC/Baltimore.

The room was a good size

The hot tub was not working and that was why I choose that hotel

the dates for the booking were incorrect, and I contacted your team within minutes of noticing the mistake. However, instead of addressing the issue or offering a refund, my money was taken without any recourse. I believe this was unfair and deceptive

the breakfast lady and all of the front desk staff were very helpful.

Third floor carpet was well traveled. Good variety of breakfast food and drink! Swimming pool closed the morning we left was disappointing. We love using it and the Jacuzzzi the night before.

The breakfast was good and the room was clean.

The thermostat only went down to 65� and I roasted with the thick comforter. I suggest having an option for a thinner blanket or a thermostat that can be set to 60�.

I wasn?t able to sleep at night because there was a thick comforter on the bed. The thermostat only allowed to turn the air down to 66�. I roasted. I couldn?t open the windows. I suggest that there?s more options for covers and the thermostat be lowered.

The lady that kept the breakfast buffet stocked was exceptionally polite and helpfull

The swimming pool had spots of algi growing in it. Did not let the kids go in. 0((

Front desk manager(sorry I forgot his name) was friendly. Check in was smooth with hotel employee getting us in 2 hours early at no extra charge!

Updated, clean, and convenient location

Very clean, walkable to restaurants, comfortable. Quiet!!!

The hotel is being renovated/updated. Our room in particular was ¿brand new¿.

The contractor had not yet hung up any towel racks. (Minor infraction)

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Staff was friendly and accommodating, breakfast was hot and fresh. Also check in and check out times were great we were able to check in earlier than some hotels and 12:00 check out meant we didn't have to rush to get out

Location

Hotel was under construction and being renovated which is really needed. Breakfast was good but was the same every day with no variety but was good. No room cleaning for three days was very disappointing and really unacceptable, covid is over!

All staff members that we interacted with had EXCELLENT customer service. Hotel employee at the front desk when we checked in (around 1800), was especially helpful! The breakfast was delicious.
