Sleep Inn & Suites Cumberland-LaVale

The accessible show wasn't designed very well because half of the bathroom floor was wet after 2 showers.

I have stayed at this particular hotel several times. It has always been clean, with friendly staff that is always helpful with anything I need.

This visit I came to help my uncle who on hospice. Then I reserved a room for today, Tuesday, because his condition had deteriorated. Sadly, several hours after placing reservation, my Uncle Jim passed. I’ll need to change reservation for tbd Memorial.

Friendly staff, great breakfast selections and clean rooms.

I was on the 3rd floor with a truckstop directly outside my windows. Next trip I'll request different side of building.

The price and the location and comfortable pillows and bed.

Very clean, comfortable and quiet room. Nice hot breakfast.

I've requested an accessible room and the computer stated no request was made. This is the second time the accessible room was requested.

Room was clean other than hair let behind in bathroom after they wiped down. So I did clean bathroom over. Everything else was fine.

The hotel was very clean, didn't have a smell to it like some do. Had a nice hot breakfast. Friendly staff . Pool was smaller but still nice with extended hours 7am - 11 pm

Only thing we booked handicap assessably pictured a rail by Toilet but had no rails but it was higher so easy to use. No rails in bathtub either

We have stayed here multiple times. Always was clean and well kept. It isn’t at all now. New management?

The size and cleanliness of the room

There were no working vending machines. Internet access was difficult. Breakfast was just okay, not great.

And a very efficient breakfast program w/ a very friendly, happy and helpful attendant.

This Sleep Inn was very clean with a pleasant, well trained receptionist. Breakfast was rather average.

Not this hotel?s or Priceline?s fault in any way. However, taxes and fees came to 1/3 of the price of the room. SERIOUSLY?? Thanks Cumberland .?.. but next time I?ll go on to Morgantown.

location, leaving on the 2nd day

The fire alarm that went off at 4:26am for (apparently) at least 6 nights in a row. It went off both nights I was there, staff was between rude and useless, other customers said it had been going on for four days prior.

Clean, updated room; very good breakfast; and nice staff.

Fire alarm went off at 425 am both nights we stayed. Very unpleasant awakening and front desk said they know it is a problem that has been going on for awhile now but they can't figure out the problem. They offered no sorry or I know it is frustrating.

Breakfast is always good.

There were stink bugs in the room.We killed about 10-15.Asked the front desk for a new room. No room avail.. Her solution was they don?t hurt you and gave us a vacuum cleaner to clean the room ourselves. Non smoking had a marijuana stench in the halls

Hotel was great!! No complaints at all

We tried to get in behind Love?s and then figured we had to get back on the main road and ended up getting on a ramp and had to exit the highway and get back on. Bad signage

Easy check in, comfortable bed

Carpet, I?m just not a fan. It appeared clean though.

Hotel & rooms are very clean. Staff very friendly. Free breakfast is very good.
