- The shower was not handicapped accessible. They said they only haad 1 room with a walk-in shower. Very hard on my husband.
- Front desk lady was very polite and helpful. Perfect location for my husband?s dental surgery just around the corner.
- The staff was great..
Cons -
- We both asked separately to have our room cleaned after 2, and it was not done.
- The hotel did not maintain the grounds. The grass was not cut nor was it landscaped. Looked horrible.
- The hotel seems to be going downhill. I stay here at least once a year and the rooms are declining. Stains in the tub, the beds sink on one side. I was there for 5 days and my room was not cleaned once. I had to go to the desk for fresh towels.
