Excellent Customer service, delicious breakfast and impecable cleaningness

Location to our ultimate destination, University of MD

Lack of communication with staff. Ran out of toilet paper, shower gel, and took out our own trash. Gym was out of service the entire trip. They filled the shower gel WITH WATER. Very unprofessional and negative attitude when asked about it.

How quiet the hotel was

The hotel phone kept giving me a busy signal when I called for the front desk, had to go downstairs or call from my cell phone

Convenient for restaurants

Entry door would not secure, and lobby employee wasn?t concerned about it until I threw a fit! We had to leave, and he tells me it will be okay! Bad business move, and I can?t recommend this hotel as a good stay!

The room was clean and pleasant.

The staff member at the front desk Ms. She was rude in patient and not help about my reservations.

Shower did not work, toilet did not work right. Used 1st floor restrooms.

The staff was awesome and the room was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing!

The floor we stayed had construction going on. The door number was written on blue painters paint stuck on the door. There was no mention of the constitution at all. I was woken up by a sander. I also had a hard time breathing after leaving the room

The staff was friendly and the room was very clean.

The TV did not work in our room for our 3 night stay. We asked to have the TV fixed and was told the TV was not able to be fixed and we would receive a 50% discount per night (we would not have booked this hotel without a TV in the room). Never got refund

The tv doesn¿t work for all my days stay over there, whe i ask to give me discount the refuse it.

The sofa bed is not comfortable.

The manager was responsive to our concerns.

TV in our room did not work. Sheets on our bed had pet dander on them. They came and gave our room a complete cleaning including changing the sheets. TV was not fixed but they refunded one nights fee.

It is a great location for our long trips from New England to Raleigh. The breakfast is usually very good and the rooms are cleN

There was no cleaning service during my stay and it was not mentioned online or during check-in.

Leaving

The treadmill didn't work. The workout room temperature was set at 61 degrees. There was no toilet paper in the womens restroom. The room was not ready when we arrived. The Breakfast area attendant was condescending and mean.

Comfortable bed, plenty of heat, many electric outlets, great included breakfast. Much cheaper than similar hotels in DC yet half hour away by car or Metro.

Mixed messages on whether or not the hotel had a pool.

We checked in quickly, the room was fine for our needs, the breakfast has a good selection for different tastes.

The room we were in had a toilet that ran every so often. It did not keep us up.

The whole floor and my room smelled like marijuana. Hair and dirty fingerprints all over in my room. None of the equipment in the fitness center works. Walls are very thin and could hear neighbors talking, TVs and doors slamming in the hallway.
