Pros +
- The Staff was friendly and the food was good as always They brought a tray of delicious chocolate covered strawberries, and a bottle of Champagne as a gift to the room for me and my husband. Thank you
- The room was beautifully designed
- Everything was great food ,room , drinks and clean.
Cons -
- When I arrived the room was not fully clean. There was food still in the fridge. Also I saw a baby roach crawling while eating breakfast downstairs where they serve food. Other then that it was great, and all of the elevators worked.
- The first person that checked me in was rude. They switched my room with out sending me a email, or a call plus the room was cold
