Pros +
- First time staying here but the environment was very inviting
- I wasn’t too fond about the property but it was what I could afford at the time.
- Low price was literally the ONLY upside.
Cons -
- It had bugs
- I wasn’t too found of the idea that in order to warm your food up and get ice you had to go back to the ‘LOBBY’, that is an inconvenience. A very small issue that can be avoided if they would just place a small microwave & mini refrigerator in the each room. Also the carpet is moist almost as if there has been some type of leak or water damage on the property
- I didn’t like smell or the appearance of the property. It was a lot of trash by the steps and very huge rats running past everyday at any time. The I needed to get my room changed because the first room smelled like pure cigarettes but the second smelled the same way. The first hotel room looked like it had blood stains on the bed and the wall. The room service lady said nothing was wrong with the room. When I went back to the front desk the lady seemed to be nonchalant but gave me a different room. The second room was just as gross and the bathroom was disgusting. Parts of the ceiling fells onto the floor as well.

First time staying here but the environment was very inviting

Low price was literally the ONLY upside.
Aside from the fact that there were drug deals happening two doors down, the room was dirty and in major disrepair. We were supposed to stay for several nights, but only grudgingly stayed for one. If we hadn't been exhausted from 12+ hours of travel, we would not have stayed even one night.*Front door misaligned, hard to close *Front door dead bolt does not work*Bathroom door misaligned, doesn't not close *Bathroom door lock broken.*Bad condition mattress, worn grooves, springs*Burn holes in pillow cases/bedding*Broken lamps*coffee pot broken with glass shard*Peeling, damaged ceiling*Dirty/stained bath tub with hair!*Dirty carpets (bare feet got dirty)*Dangerous electrical outlet/AC unit*Online reservation upgraded for room with 2 full beds, NON smoking, upgrade not honored by hotel. *Online check in not honored by hotel, had to do it all over again.
