Had to move rooms because of bad smell in original room. Forced out of room for cleaning.. breakfast bar was dirty and food was disgusting. Ceiling tiles falling down in multiple areas. Back doors to hotel did not secure. Paint chipping everywhere.

They told me there's no incidental fee I booked a room and then they told me they needed $200 deposit after we called and checked and lost $150 because of the room

Everything was great it's my 2nd time staying there

I did not get my 100 deposit back this time cause my boyfriend went to the car to take his bags out before checkout than smoked a cigarette in his car than came back to the room to get me and he still smelled like smoke that does stay in your clothes

Friendly hotel staff and close proximity to Patuxent Naval Air Station.

Parking may be limited during nighttime hours.

The staff, of one person. The front desk clerk ( Only been working there for 3 weeks ) went above and beyond for my husband and I. The Continental breakfast was fresh and had variety

What I am about to list was rectified immediately by Gary. We were short on pillows and towels. The soap and conditioner dispenser in the shower did not work, but again immediately rectified. The pool needed to be skimmered. It had hair braids in it

It had a roof

Where do I start, the cable didn’t work, the room had roaches, the pool was broke. The A/C stopped working.

Breakfast

Pool was closed, this was a 3 night stay with kids. It costs $40 for a local pool. TV only got half of the channels. One tv was WiFi ready the other was not. Design of suite was poor, bed was in common area which gave no privacy.

Children running up and down the hallway at 2 am, the couch is hard to sit on and water collecting on the the ac unit

Phone was disconnected couldn't contact the front desk cabinet was broken into the refrigerator caused my daughter's hand to get hurt floors were filthy dirty socks turned black

Great experience. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Decent price point.

The cost for convenience items in the lobby was a little much. Should have prepared accordingly but it was late.

The hotel is aesthetically beautiful and spotlessly clean.

Yes. Although the mattress and pillows were comfortably firm, the sheets and pillowcases were uncomfortably coarse. Given the appearance of quality, I was surprised at how much sound from other rooms and the hallway could be heard in our room.

Quick checkin the Mexican restaurant next door was great and you get a 10% discount too try the fresh guacamole made table side

Very quiet, though quite full. Desk clerk helpful and understanding.

Location. It was close to the college.

Refrigerator wasn't cold. Windows by elevator were filthy. Hole cut in the elevator floor and taped over.

It was clean for the most part. Breakfast was better than expected.

Male on duty upon check in was slow and not very friendly. He was a bit hard to understand and even though it is advertised as pet friendly seemed to have an attitude about my esa. I¿ve had worse experiences. I¿ve had better experiences as well.

The hotel staff charged my card incorrectly due to untrained staff!! We had a whole issue

Advertises indoor pool but there is none. Tv in 1st room didn't work. Heat, sink drain, light switch, wall heat controller in 2nd room did not work. Fitness room unusable. Smoke detectors covered up so they won't work. Power outage in breakfast.

This hotel and others in the area are increasing prices next month, looks like collusion to me, and is certainly not worth the new price. $--- for at best a two star hotel! Versus $--- today! Air BNB here I come!
