Spark by Hilton California Lexington Park

Hotel was very clean. Staff was super nice and friendly. Room was comfortable and quiet. I have no complaints.

Unpleasant surprise that hot tub was closed, NOTHING to hang towels or toiletry bag in the bathroom, TVs default to CNN

Our stay was for 4 nights. The breakfast lady on Friday, Saturday and Monday was very rude and unhelpful. She complained that I did not use the correct waffle iron. SHe complained to my wife about having to work on Saturay etc etc.

The staff was friendky

The hotel pool was closed for maintenance which was a big selling point. The bed pillow and sheets looked like someone just got out of bed, bathroom light out so how could they see to clean and only one tissue in box. Very poor quality control

The staff were particularly excellent. But the noise from parked trucks refrigeration units will make me not use this hotel again

Used by refrigerated truck drivers who park their semis around the back of the hotel. The diesel refrigeration unit starts up every 30 mins or so and runs loudly for 20 minutes, all through the night. Good luck trying to sleep. Not recommended

There was a storm and we were a day late. They canceled our original reservation. We paid a lot more to stay there.

The location was great.

It was dated, the lobby didn't smell very good. The check in people were nice, however check in took about 20 minutes due to new computer program. The "host" of the morning breakfast was quite rude.

The breakfast was ok, but they closed up early. The room was only ok. Location ok.

This hotel does not deliver at the star or rating level advertised. Feels like a Super 8, or worse. The room smelled bad. The coffee was horrible. The soaps and shampoo had sort of a cologne base, horrible for sensitive skin people, forgot to bring mine.

Had issue with AC leaking and floor wet. Does have some issues with hearing noise from hallway.

The placement of the HVAC in relation to the curtains caused them to blow and gap, letting light in. Being on the first floor, that meant the parking lot lights shown in the window all night and an earlier than expected wake up.

The hotel was in a good location, appeared clean, the rooms were decent size, furniture looked in good standing, they had internet, and they offered a decent breakfast.

This is the second time we have stayed here and absolutely love it. Staff is amazing, rooms are cleaned, pool area is nice and clean, and breakfast area is well stocked and clean.

This location is very convenient. There's an indoor pool and hot tub. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was wonderful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

We had no complaints during our stay.

The pool and hot tub were great to keep the kid and husband occupied. The breakfast was wonderful. The gentleman working the morning of the 31st was helpful and informative.

There were safety concerns, thankful for the top door latch. While sleeping, a staff member and friends unlocked our door at 10:30pm. The door hit the latch and they ran onto the elevator. I was never given a reason for them trying to go into the room
