Room wasn't very clean. Curtains on window not properly hung Building had a strong smell from weed
hallways and elevator need repairs.

The staff was very friendly and asked if the was anything we needed. The rooms were clean and were nice.
The was some noise in the hallways but not terrible.

The price was quite reasonable But that was appropriate for the hotels, appearance and services
The continental breakfast was very poorly done. He ran out of breakfast sausages and then started serving hotdog and replacement no cream as for coffee you ran out of spoons andforks. Also, they were only bringin out 4 to 5 at a time for yogurt in the dining area was not that clean at all. Hotel needs a makeover. Only one elevator was in service and it’s hard to identify stay from everyday people not one staff member had on a uniform or name tag.

Good location, free parking
On Sunday woken up by “church” in the basement, wasn’t aware I would be waking up to this at 9 amBreakfast from 7-9 am, was unable to make it. Would have been nice if went to 10

Friendly and courteous staff and helpful
Some of the guests were rude and disrespectful! It was transient housing for homeless, with only 1 elevator operational for 6 floors! ,the Continental breakfast was horrible

Location is great. The hotel is one of the most comfortable ones that I stayed in. Staff are very professional and friendly. The rooms have everything needed to make it efficient. I could live there if I could afford it.
The only problem with being on the first floor is the people who are noisey out front with their cars and yelling.

The location was good
They gave same room to another family who barged in the middle of the night while we were sleeping. This was extremely reckless on their part. We saw on booking.com that we will get hot breakfast but we got grab and go which was disappointing. We asked for tp never got one.

Location was good near airport and downtown
The property lacked maintenance Broken elevator Holes in the walls Bad mildew Oder Bugs Cigarette Holes in blankets Staff over worked - lady stated been there since 6am and it was 7:00pm Saw the condition of this ran down hotel was shocked. They were even in operation.  Ended up leaving after 15 minutes.
