The person at the front desk was very professional and friendly.

There was no shower liner (which I did not notice under I got in said shower). Needless to say, the was water all over the floor when I was done. Naturally, I slipped and hurt my hip.

The hotel is lovely the gentleman that works overnight he is so sweet and kind very knowledgeable

The soap bars can be a little more bigger

The location, outside lighting-safety, clean lobby, and quietness.

The room had an old mildew spell, area of light switch had brown dirt, toilet kept locking up, dirty, and hallway carpet.

Breakfast and the staff are nice

The showers aren?t really that good. The water pressure at least and the tub looks old and worn out.

The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean. The access to the field for dog walking was very convenient.

The microwave did not work and although a ticket was created the first evening, it was not fixed or replaced during our 3 day stay. There were not towel bars so nowhere to hang wet towels, and no towel service for 3 days.

The hotel acted positively on my previous review regarding the state of the chairs and table cloth in the breakfast room. During my previous visit I requested a replacement of all the worn out and dirty chairs. Glad to report chairs have been replaced

Where it's situated is what I like best

Towel is too small it supposed to be bigger Towels (2) some of the chairs are not Good enough to be in the room.some of the chair edges are damaged it needs to be replaced.

The chairs in the breakfast room are filthy, stained, worn and torn. Fortunately the table cloth have been changed after my complaint from the last visit. The chairs in the temporary breakfast room need to be thrown away and replaced with decent chairs.

The staff was friendly and the location was convenient from the interstate

It was very dirty and needs upgrading. The floors are very gross

Breakfast was not up to par compared to other similar Comfort Inn locations. Not quite sure if the room assigned for Breakfast on that day .was temporary or not but the chairs and table cloths were filthy.

They changed the room when we said we can?t climb stairs to go to the 2nd floor. No elevators available.

Room was too cramped with hardly any space to sit with 2 queen beds occupying the whole room. Breakfast was very basic. Not much options. The same thing everyday. Can?t come through any side doors from outside have to use the front door for everything.

The bed was very comfortable and pillows very soft.

I did not like the fact that the webpage stated there was a pool but upon arrival was told by front desk that pool will remain closed throughout the year.

Decent breakfast included protein (eggs, sausage), fresh fruit (oranges), and a waffle station, in addition to standard continental breakfast choices. The location was easy on/off the freeway.

The room was dirty (chair, floor, bathroom), the microwave wasn't working right, the pool wasn't open.

It was situated close to Silver Spring and the people who work here are good people.

There is no elevator for part of the hotel! Prepare yourself to carry your bags up a staircase or two. Only one of three ice machine worked. The one on my floor did not. The shower was pretty weak.

Location is good for my needs

Maid removed my soap when servicing room and front desk was surly about replacing it. Vending machines were not working so no bottled water was available. Many seedy-looking people hanging around late at night. Fixtures are in disrepair.

They seem to have fixed the elevators which looked dirty and disgusting in April, looks so much better now. The double bedrooms are much better than the king rooms. Carpet was very old looking in those rooms.

The tap in the sink is set back making the water go all over and the tub seems to be painted with white paint. It was clean though. Plus every time the reservation is changed they charge a deposit which is ridiculous. Breakfast needs improvement.

Comfort inn should be comfortable but that was not the case, elevator needs upgradew, wall cracks, bathtub shows bad renovation job, old popcorn ceiling. Limited breakfast variety Needs upgrades to call this comfortable

It is in the perfect location for the purposes of my visit to that area, and the staff are great.

Sometimes the hotel infrastructure has issues. This visit one of the two elevators wasn't working at all, and the inner door of the two sliding glass main entry doors was broken. I didn't see any service company working on these repairs.
