The staff did not bother me

The description is false advertising.there is no couch no desk no fitness room no breakfast but a gallon of milk no tennis court roaches are present no soda in vending machine stained towels and sheets bath tub is covered with soap scum

The room was dainty, walls chipped, bed and bathroom linen did jot seem fresh The continental breakfast was not provided at 7 AM each of the two mornings we were there.

Solid Stay 👍 Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and staff was cool. No noise, no drama. Good spot if you just need peace and quiet. Would stay again.

It was 20 seconds from the venue I was attending.

Plenty they had a juice machine that didn't work. There were no eggs and sausage for breakfast. There was a bad oder in the room.

Nothing!

Smelled like smoke as they offer smoking rooms. Rooms in terrible condition. Curtains falling off the wall, land the bathroom was in bad condition. Stains on the walls etc. Hotel was also located in a sketchy area. Uber driver would not pick up people.

It was quiet.

Staff basically accused us of lying about their broken items that were NOT properly working in the room. The towels and bedding were very old, unclean cheap and outdated. An additional 50$ would be the charge for a 2 hour late checkout!!!

Absolutely NOTHING!

EVERYTHING! Outside was a mess, with people hanging out in the parking lot drinking, couldn¿t get in to get a park. Small kids running around, very nasty and stinking. Walked to the room, and returned back to the desk for a return! My kids were horrified!

The dirty lobby, no elevator for handicapped persons, and stained carpeting throughout the building and in the room. One bottom sheet on the bed. The door on the cabinet for the refrigerator had come off the hinges. Bathroom sink dirty.

Location

We had a smoking room and because of that they claimed it¿s the reason for the room not meeting our expectations. The pillow cases were dirty, the shower curtain was dirty, the bed linens had wholes and not a few. They were many wholes throughout. I left.

The lady at the front desk was great that¿s it .

Dirty Room , couldn¿t use the room key they wouldn¿t come fix the door . They were doing construction at 9am on a Sunday very loud banging the room did feel clean the toilet was dirty I had black things on my pillow .

The location, the smell, the look, the roaches, the electricity, the sheets and the way room was decorated. I've seen homeless shelters more clean than this place.

The price.

There was a tied in the toilet when I got in, it took awhile to get checked in, and some dude in the hallway told us to be on the look out for bed bugs. Did not see any, but it was alarming.

The property stinked,the property was not clean and the linens were old and damaged. The staff was rude.

For the price not much

A number of things I had caution about including: - Bath tub visible stained - screw missing from toilet seat - poor cable tv channel selection - non-working kitchen appliances - electrical outlet connected to the bed - uncomfortable feelings

Staff is friendly and nice. The hotel is nice and clean. I like that they serve breakfast.

The smell of the hallway in the non smoking section was extremely high of smoke and the amount of seating for breakfast in the dining area is very limited.

THE LOCATION WAS GREAT FOR WHERE I NEEDED TO BE.

THE STAFF WAS RUDE, I DID NOT CARE FOR THE BULLET PROOF GLASS I HAD TO SPEAK TO THE STAFF THRU, WE ONLY HAD THREE TV STATIONS , AND THERE WAS NO HOT WATER , GM SAID THE BOILER WAS LEAKING. VERY UNACCEPTABLE.

Short trip to downtown. Continental breakfast. Room was large and had basics. Price. Price. Price. It's about the cheapest I could find if you just need a place to hang your hat while in Baltimore. Exactly what I expected, thank you.

It's not a great neighborhood. My room hadn't been one of the renovated with new furniture.

I got out

This hotel should not even be open. I'ts disgusting. There were a lot of unfortunate people there. Also smelled marijuana in the hotel during the day and at night. Also construction going on. Some parts of the hotel should have been blocked off.

Over all, not bad. Great staff. Perfect location for me.

Fridge did not work. Forgot to mention while there.

I stay at this location often. They do almost anything to accommodate me.

Some rooms have updated tv's some don't. Some have microwaves some don't.
