Concierge was extremely accommodating when the elevators were out of order. This is an old building so I understand that issues can come up with the facilities but staff at the front desk was able to move us into a room on a lower floor for convenience.

The room and hotel decor was beautiful. The hotel was very clean.

The hotel was functionally difficult & 255 spaces provided to write this description is not nearly enough. Some of the reasoning given for the absence of certain amenities was that the hotel was going for a different aesthetic. I hope that pays the bills.
