Inn & Suites Baltimore Downtown/Inner Harbor

I liked the location. Within walking distance of my destination made my trip much more enjoyable.

Parking was a problem. There should be an alternative to the valet parking offered when booking, (there is a public lot across the street.) $36 plus two tips and I still had to wait 45 minutes after the 20 minutes I was told it would take to get my car.

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very well located. The room was clean and the free breakfast was appreciated.

The location - within walking distance to a lot of the great tourist-y places in Inner Harbor. The charm of the hotel is cute and quirky and room was very clean. Breakfast has a good variety.

The parking situation left a lot to be desired. It's tricky to find where to pull-in, the valet fee is high, and it's incredibly hard to pull out of the lot as there's ALWAYS traffic blocking the exit. Not valet staff's fault, but still frustrating.

Although it does not have room service the free breakfast was a plus and really tasty too. The staff was so friendly and made me feel very welcome and safe.

I did not like that it does not have smoking rooms. A lot of people that travels are smokers so I think it would be a wonderful ides if you guys can come up with a room for smokers to go to and relax while enjoying a cigarette and a glass of wine.

The staff was amazing, room was clean and airy. We enjoyed staying there.

I wish the suite had kitchen, as other Inn-type of hotels. I was a bit surprised that it did not have a small kitchen nor dishes. But the staff shared some, and in the end we had wonderful stay. So, I had wrong expectations.

The staff was very professional and helpful. The room and main bed were comfortable.

The convertible couch in the king suite was very uncomfortable and lumpy. If there were more than two people in this room they would find it very uncomfortable to use this convertible couch. I feel a hotel such as this should have a better couch.

Spotless room

Heat was not working well in first room. Staff was friendly & efficient and quickly offered another room. All was toasty

Rooms a little small and the breakfast was routine.

Location is close to Inner Harbor. Unfortunately it was a short trip and we didn't get to explore the area, but it looks like there is lots of stuff within a few blocks

$36 for parking? Wow.

All the staff were very accommodating.....

There was an empty personal lotion bottle next to the bed...and in a Marriott, I expected a microwave and mini fridge .... guess not

Overall an excellent experience. Staff was exceptional, great location, comfortable and clean rooms, attractive property, good breakfast. Would stay here again.

The room was great (comfortable bed) and the staff was very helpful.

The only issue is the lack of parking. I commute in for work and had to leave my car parked at the office (1.25 miles away) and walk back and forth. It is not a big deal, but with companies cutting back on travel stipends, it is a consideration.

The free breakfast was very good with wide variety and the coffee was good and always available.

The hotel was a bit drab and very plain. There was no mini frig or microwave no fancy art work on the wall. Everything in the room was white; white drapes, white bedspread..desk clerk said hotel was full and so wanted to relocate me.

The proximity to Power Plant Live and the strip of bars and restaurants in the Inner Harbor area was a great feature. The historic charm and garden patio were also nice touches for our stay there.

The parking was very limited, in fact there is the only option of valet parking for $36/night. Although after exploring a bit, a garage was close enough to the hotel to park at next time if saving money is something important to a guest.

Proximity to the Inner Harbor and a variety of restaurant options, including the one located right in the hotel. Also, the free breakfast options were plentiful and good.

The $35/night valet parking fee was a little shocking, although that may be the norm for Baltimore.

All staff that I encountered during my stay were very friendly.

I did not like that valet parking was the only option and that it was $35.
