The air conditioning did not work right. The room had a smell so i sprayed a disinfectant

The staff was friendly upon check in. However when I had a problem with having no heat in my room, my lights making noises and flickering, paint chipping off of the wall & obvious water damage they were not willing to do anything about it & no refund

Walls need better fixing , (wall paper ) lamps need upgrading , dresser drawers need replacing. Internet need better, continental breakfast needs be better and upgrade for guest be pleased.. pillows need be replaced

The Hotel staff was good and mostly polite. They tried best to keep the breakfast area clean in the morning. Its just bad luck that this Quality Inn needs desperate maintenance

The location and the Non-Smoking rooms were very very badly smoking room. I am pretty sure the non-smokers will struggle to stay in the hotel if they picked u first floor

The hotel was dirty, never received room service or towels from Friday - Monday (the towels were dirty on arrival as well) and the maid said her back hurt so she wasn't going to clean or help. Bedding had cigarette holes throughout.

It was quiet the night I stayed. Although the next morning there was drama out by my car from another person staying there.

I did not feel like the room was kept to the proper standards for people to stay. The towels and sheets were all stained, and the surfaces looked grimy. I did not sleep because of how uncomfortable I felt in the room. It overall felt dirty.

I was charge for a riding service after checkout ! I didn't ask any ride service !

Drunk rude and weird staff..was no one at the counter when i got there then after waiting for 5 minutes the guy came out of a car from the parking lot smelling intensely like weed and didn?t know what he was talking about. Gave us a filthy unclean room

Everything dirty, old and stinks like marijuana

No parking- Residential area. Survived being killed. Ruthless person vandalized my Truck. Flattered my tires by using sharp metal. He put my driver on gun point took the phone, forced to give a password and send himself cashapp. It is A&B not hotel

The toilet leaked, the blow dryer did not work, and we could not get extra towels. There were 3 of us and 2 towels. It took us over 30 minutes to get checked in 11 pm.

The guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The room that I was assigned was infested with roaches at the doorway and when I told the front desk and got another room there was already someone sleeping inside.

Location. It's right off the highway.

ALL the linen was stained. Towels, sheets, pillow cases everything!Some much worse than others. There was dirt on the floor by the window. AC didn't work in halls. I have worked hospitality several years to include a choice property so I understand kinda.

Did not like anything

Smelled like Marijuana, overall dirty, people hanging around outside building, security guard was playing with her taser, smoke detector missing from room. Doors slamming all night.

The location

Free breakfast was advertised, which is one of the reasons I selected the hotel. They have not served free breakfast since the pandemic began and really need to update what they promote when advertising this hotel.

The Spanish man at quality inn checkinn desk was sooo nice !

i ended up staying next door cause its a smoking room so i stay rodewayy inn & the rooms are nasty chairs all ripped and bitten up . the bed sheets had burnt holes ina covers
