Hampton Inn & Suites Westford-Chelmsford

Very clean, quiet area but very close to restaurants and the highway.

Wished it had a hot tub by the pool. Maybe an area outside for sitting in nice weather.

It advertised pool and that is why I booked but there is not pool open to use also breakfast was very lacking

Check in was a disaster had to wait a good 20 minutes to check in because of an argument with a guest and front desk. Room had a smell like insect spray.

The unexpected charge for a pet. That should have been spelled out when I did a search for a pet friendly hotel.

Hampton Inns have clean rooms with nice breakfast for the cost, just not this one

The room smelled bad like a basement. My wife found black mildew or mold in door track of shower, she cleaned it and left the blackened white wash cloth for crew to see.

If your room is on the back of the hotel, expect continuous noise from the interstate. We were able to sleep through it, but given the cost of the hotel, we were not expecting the noise.

Friendly staff and great breakfast.

The bathroom shut off every 12 seconds if you were on the toilet or in the shower and the shower door was falling apart and very dirty.

The continental breakfast was great.

It was quite busy on a Thursday night when we were checking in, and there was only 1 person working the front desk. It was a bit overwhelming for her. She was kind though.

Convenient location, helpful staff, hotel room was exactly as expected.

Room was just a bit noisy - could hear neighbors and some road noise from highway. But it was not very loud and we slept through it quickly.

We have stayed at this hotel many times, it is a great comfy stay, thats Ffordable and has a great location, and the staff is great!

If I could give more stars I would! The front desk staff was very friendly. The room was clean, hotel was clean everything was great!

The location is great and I love that there's always coffee in the lobby.

Nothing stands out. The only reason I gave 9 instead of 10 stars on the room was that the last time I stayed there, I was in a larger room and this one was much smaller. But that's on me.

We had to request maid service or the room was not cleaned during our 10 night stay. Is this normal operating practices for Hampton Inn?

The staff was very helpful and kind. The room and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

We reserved 2 rooms and they gave us rooms o 2 different floors.

Clean and comfortable..location was great

They made up a ridiculous excuse not to clean the room and make the beds..they said we need to give them a 24 hour notice to do it..at the per day price currently listed that service should be automatic ..other than that it was very clean and comfortable

This hotel was very clean, staff is professional and courteous. Breakfast was available, hot and really good! The pool is open, safety measures like sanitizer throughout.. and the whole area of the Hotel was well maintained!Kid friendly as well

Breakfast information was misleading. The reality there was no hot breakfast served on Saturday and Sunday. A to go box with just two items, bagel & yogurt was provided and that's it. I was specifically choosing Hampton Inn because of the breakfast.
