  • it was an average stay
  • Updated recently
  • Location and cleanliness. Offering at the cafe were really nice

Cons -

  • they asked for a credit card for security deposit and charged me for the stay instead. its almost been a month and theres little effort to refund me.
  • Elevator doors shut too quickly (I actually got smashed in the shoulder and arm); pull out sofa had trash inside of it.
  • Staff was not very concerned when I told them my door deadbolt stuck open when I left my room. I returned to find the door open! When I informed the desk they said "open the door slower" and that it was a known issue!! Dirty beds also.

The hotel was conveniently located, clean, modern and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Was nicely appointed.
