Parking , Friendly staff, clean, coffee available for early risers

Long process to check in, water pressure a little weak.

I checked in friday afternoon and i was woke up around 1130-12 to someone else coming into my room . They gave my room to another family while i was already staying there . It was actually quite scary to be woken up in the middle of the night that way .

The hotel was under renovations. Ants were in the hotel room. No pool! When it said there was reason why I booked. Because of the renovations occurring. Just wish I knew it was being under construction

The front desk staff. They were very accomodating, gave excellent dinning choices and towels when needed. Hotel employee at night shift and on day shift.

The room was great and it was very comfortable and my daughter enjoy the bed. The breakfast was great too.

I was very upset that the pool was out of order and my daughter was looking forward to go swimming and so was I. I booked this place due the indoor pool,for some relaxation and part our trip to Massachusetts. I wished I had booked somewhere else!

The overall feel of the hotel was very nice. They had a fantastic free breakfast and complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby.

This hotel was in a good Location based on what we needed to do in the area. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. Front desk staff was kind and helpful.

There was only one elevator. It was small and it took a very long time. Luckily, we were only on the third floor so we took the stairs.

The front desk people were very nice and accommodating, as well as other staff. Room was quiet. AC fan worked well. Bed pillows, linens were comfortable but bed a bit hard for my liking.

The grounds were sketchy, didn't see any security staff. The solo elevator was heavily used, way way too small, and felt old. Entrance to hotel needs better signage for travelers. Bathroom needs updating. The hair conditioner was empty.

The location was perfect. Check out at noon was a huge plus!

The breakfast/coffee was extremely lacking. The front desk attendant said the person running it called out. She did try to help. No pool towels. The pool was very dirty and cloudy. Hallways and room looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in days.

Staff was very friendly, clean rooms, breakfast had a good selection of food. Only $20 for incidentals which is the best reasonable rate to pay by far!

The floor was very quiet every minute I was there.

The room was filthy. Mold on the light fixtures, holes in the bedding, black hair everywhere, no housekeepers in sight, 11 minutes for the shower to get warm water not even close to hot, had to ask for a hairdryer- it died within 3 seconds. Won't go back.

Clean, spacious, well-lit room; above average breakfast provided; fairly well sound-proofed rooms.

Could not open window (for fresh air), minimum toiletry amenities, no pen or paper, towels of low-quality terrycloth. Would have liked to see more fresh fruit with breakfast, in addition to the waxy red delicious apples.

Pillows not comfortable as at another Fairfield¿s. Huge layer of dust at lamps. Asked to change bed sheets and cases. Only one pillowcase was changed. Breakfast so so. Wi-Fi so so.

Bed was very uncomfortable ac barely worked everything seemed old not satisfied at all

Reserved room to be with our softball team, I was told when I arrived there were no rooms available on the same floor with the team, I asked if I could change the room ¿type¿ to be on the same floor and was told this was mot an option because I pre-paid.

Friendly staff, precautions taken due to Covid, bag breakfast available to take to room, very quiet, clean, exercise room.

Overnight staff was extremely rude. Breakfast was not as advertised

Some of the other guests aren¿t the most considerate (smoking cigarettes in the doorway). That¿s not the hotels fault.
