The housekeeper was very nice

room was clean but the bedding was old; the comforter had cigarette holes, and the chair at the desk had holes and was dirty (old), and the dresser drawer didn't shut.

The hotel room #141 was not clean. The safety chain on the door was absent. The room felt unsafe. I had to leave for another hotel nearby. The front desk person was sleeping and I told him as I was leaving. I requested a refund.

The price

The bathroom (toilet) was dirty. The sheets had a musty smell to it.

You lied about "free hot breakfast" There was nothing except a few old banannas

This is a motor lodge, not a 5 star hotel. We knew that coming in as we only needed a place to stay at to watch the game. We set a budget and managed our expectations.

The place is very quiet and very neat and very clean and hotel employee at the desk is out

It?s location was awesome

Parking as horrible and rooms need to be cleaned. Stains on furniture bugs and cob webs in the bathroom. Nasty out dated decor made it feel disgusting. So called continental breakfast was crap. Cereal and bananas and some mini muffins was all it was.

Rooms were not clean, looked like they haven't swepted, mopped, dusted, in weeks. Front hotel staff acted stupid when we asked for our ID back and acting like they didn't have it.

Relative cost compared to others in the area

Noise level of heating/cooling and refrigerator. Also the bed was pretty uncomfortable. But I knew it was going to be like that when I reserved the place.

It was close to the stadium and a good restaurant was next door.

Windows did not close and lock all the way. Hotel is close to the stadium, but be warned if you are using Uber/Lyft to get back after your event, you will pay dearly for what should be a short ride - routed the opposit direction first.

The bed was clean and very comfortable. Kudos to an amazing mattress! Mick Morgan's next door is fantastic. Perfect location for going to shows!!

The fact that at 3am a couple in their 40s entered my room due to a mistake from the front desk that was never corrected

I liked the location and how nice staff was

I disliked getting the room next to the trash barrel since every so often flies and even a few cockroaches would sneak into the room because the trash can was right outside the room door.

Free parking and free WiFi.

1. Heating was extremely laud. 2. I booked the room with free breakfast (I always do). There was no breakfast at all except coffee.

Housekeeping was excellent.

Advertised Free Wi-Fi Didn't work, Advertised Free Breakfast they only had coffee no food.

The guy at the reception during the night shift was the only good thing about this hotel.

No amenities as described in the website. Coffee machine was out of order. Fridge and microwave might be from the 80's. Cannot be considered as a 2 star hotel
