Quality Inn Seekonk-Providence

Room fairly clean and breakfast was ok

Weird ambience smell on the hallways, and access lateral doors are not locked, anyone can open coming fro the street , safety concerns.

I had a positive stay at Quality Inn Seekonk. The hotel was a good value for the price, and the location was convenient for the Seekonk/Providence area. Check-in was easy, the staff was polite, and the room was clean and comfortable for the night.

Room was freshly decorated and clean

Did not appreciate the $100 security deposit that may or may not be refunded based solely on their evaluation. I had to take photos of previous damage in the room for myself

Conveniently located (right off highway, near major stores/restaurants), price, and the breakfast was fairly good.

When we arrived, 30 minutes after check in time, the room was not available. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and any time someone moved there was a banging noise. Would be helpful to know that there was an added deposit to stay of $100.

Breakfast could have been better. They eggs were not real and there was nothing with them. there was not any fruit either. There were not any towel bars in the bathroom. When checking out, no one asked me about my stay.

Mattress was old, springs made noise and were poking my back. No bath mat for the really slippery shower. Front desk said this was policy.

The front desk manager is rude and condescending. He yelled at me because I gave a bad review. When I walked in he confronted me about my last review. He wanted to give me my money back and not stay there like he owned the place. It was very uncomfortable

Not much. Greeted nice. That's it.

Smelled like Marijuana everywhere. People smoking everywhere. Should say no smoking on premises. Worse I've ever experienced and I have extreme allergies. My friend actually wrote to me today how disappointing it was for me to book that hotel .

Room smelled great, front desk guy was super nice and helpful. Room was spotless. Only had one problem the charger was broken. Other than that I would recommend this hotel to everyone

Multiple issues won't stay here again this hotel needs major makeover some of the white ones the walls had brown on them needs painting smelt like weed on our floor esp when we were leaving it was so bad the bathroom had almost no pressure in the shower

Easy check-in and out. Private. Quiet.

Main drag was kind of a drag (one way only). Wonky entrance to hotel.

Comfy bed and pillows, weekend free breakfast was awesome!

I expected to have a coffee maker on my room but I never find it anyway it was coffee available for breakfast,swimming pool was in need to be more clean but in general everything was ok

The staff. the manager is rude &condescending, complained he's not making any commissions off us. Said we owed him another $100. And he "wasn't going to help us out again". ??

Management is rude and pushy. They keep harassing us after we've already booked the room here, telling us we owe them more money - if we extend our stay (the manager) gave us sn outrageous quote for a week around $--- far more than we can afford!

Bed bugs. Management. Poor amenities and customer service.

We've stayed multiple nights.Found bed bugs in one of the rooms we initially stayed in.Signs of bed bugs (stains on bed) in another room they were going to switch us to.The current room we're in has mildew or mold odor (maybe a/c unit).Old &outdated decor

The hotel front desk employee was very nice. There¿s plenty of vending machines around the hotel. The location was nice and convenient with lots of restaurants and stores nearby.

The toilet was leaking, left over panties from someone else¿s stay, also locked our card a day before we planned on leaving.
