- The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, and you can't beat the location for all that downtown Hotel employee has to offer. I could walk anywhere that I wanted to go.
- Beautiful, staff were all wonderful.
- Super cute hotel with cool vibes. The restaurant in the hotel was 5 stars! Lori (restaurant manager maybe?) was so kind, accommodating, and friendly.
Cons -
- Our phone did not work , told us maintenance would check in am ( didnt happen)so we wernt able to get room service, or wake up call, on 5th floor,crazy cost of room, took a lot away from our experience, bikes advertised as complimentary false
