Staff and breakfast.

They advertise 'free basic wi-fi' but instead of just giving you a password, you're required to log in online. When I did that, that site had been hacked and I needed to give my credit card info just to log on for basic wi-fi. What a headache!

the room would've been excellent, had it not been dirty. I had to wipe the couch myself to sit there. sent to an occupied room at night; a man yelled at me. they feed staff with guest breakfast, nothing left for me; cook rude, made zero effort to feed me

Location and breakfast

TV didn’t work - it seemed like they were housing welfare recipients which is fine except that a special needs child waiting for a bus kept being loud and out of control in the breakfast room touching food and throwing things and yelling at his mom.

The room had a very bad chemical smell like some kind of bug spray had a headache the whole stay and roaches was everywhere

My room had a terrible smell like they tried to clean rug, it was still wet! I have stayed here before and it was fine but geez smell was terrible

The hotel room was smelly. Several of the electrical outlets did not work. The clock did not work and the buttons were stuck so the time could not be corrected. Bedroom carpet should be derp cleaned.Shabby environment.

Clean, excellent location, staff was extremely accommodating

I loved the well decorated lobby seating areas and the incredible full breakfast offered. The staff were also very friendly and courteous. The room was fine and typical but these other amenities made the hotel stand out.

I didn¿t like the smaller than normal pillows. They give us three of them for each double bed which was ample for one person but I had a hard time settling my head. Two big pillows would have been better.

Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was the best of all the choice hotels we've stayed at. Tracy took care of the breakfast in the morning. She was friendly and busy.

I stayed two nights. The room wasn't cleaned between them, but I didn't mind. I would have like to have known ahead of time though. The staff was very nice with getting me coffee refills and fresh towels.

Staff rude stayed during a storm plow died and couldn¿t get out . Fire in the building had to evacuate and lastly random people walking around the hall asking for cigarettes. This is hotel failed in every way .

Smell of smoke and weed in the hallways of customers bit adhering to the signs marked everywhere of no smoking facility.

a mold smell coming from air. The windows did not open, so had to endure it. There were black flecks in the ice from 2nd floor. Heavy smell of pot in hallway. only access to hotel on busy road near a stop light. difficult to take the left towards highway

Set up for breakfast was not easy. Understand during covid though

Convenience- comfortable bed

Price, as a local living 10 minutes away, there¿s no pool. Not a vacation spot. Staying for a flood in my house and home repairs. I could get the same price with a pool or near cape.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

There was a power outage while we were there. No lights, no internet, no heat. No compensation was offered.

Hot shower, comfy bed, reasonable price-really that IS the most important. Microwave, minifridge, coffee maker in room, free parking and free breakfast (such as it was) ...all very nice add-ons.

Breakfast mediocre. Other things I didnt like (phone to front desk did not work/door to parking lot not locking properly-real safety issues) I attribute those to fact that they themselves had undergone a power outage. Our local outage is why we stayed

Trash tended to stay around for awhile at smokers area
