The staff at the front desk friendly caring and very helpful from check-in and throughout the stay her and Hotel Employee are a great team and Double tree should be happy to have them thank you Hotel Employee for making our stay great again

Staff was very nice

Was dated and nowhere near the quality level it used to be when it was the previous brand. Needs complete renovation inside and outside. Keep staff somehow they were good. Update fitness room also and pressure wash or paint outside and update showers

very good location for what we had to do. Good fitness area, although a bit small.

Staff is wonderful, always friendly and helpful We have stayed at least 20 nights. Very quiet. Place is clean and tidy. Gym is roomy and bright. Decent lobby coffee. Close to highway, shopping and restaurants.

Wish they had decaf in the lobby. No points if you book through an aggregator. Would be nice if they had carts in the lobby to carry you luggage up.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Complimentary coffee is the lobby is good quality. Very close to everything you need and the room was very quiet. The gym suited my needs with 3 treadmill, weights, balls and a couple of eliptical trainers.

The rooms could use a little paint touch up. We have been staying a couple of days a week for a couple of weeks so we noticed more than the average traveler.

Staff were friendly

Hotel was really run down! Carpet worn, furniture old an chipped, bed uncomfortable. Worse of all water was turned off during the day during our stay.

Extremely clean! I've heard horror stories of bed bugs from cheaper hotels. This was not an issue with this hotel. I was extremely comfortable with no worries of anything like that.

This hotel was just ok.

There was only one end table. there were no fitted sheets on the bed. Inside the end table drawer there were crumbs left. Went for breakfast on the second floor had yogurt fruit and coffee and received a check for 30.00. Husband ate light as well.

The Location worked best for us. The restaurant had good food

The Tv would drop channels and could not get local channels. Grab and go breakfast was not good

They no longer clean rooms during your stay. They are significantly understaffed.

Front desk was usually unmanned. It took 6.5 minutes for a call to the front desk to be answered.

Easy access to highway

We should've been notified in advance that they were not servicing the rooms. More than once, the fill out the form process didn't work. We got moved to a different room after the first night as the sink wouldn't drain. I paid a lot of $$$ for not a lot.

The staff !! By far exceed my expectations with there kind and always helpful gracious demeanor. There attitude is always pleasant. There energy wonderful and I match energy !!

No staff. Coffee was supposed to have been around the clock but the front desk person said she was the only one on site.

Beds were nice, pillows were good, clean room, nice small fitness center like top line cardio. Staff were awesome , restaurant was good too. room had refrigerator decent too, and microwave. it had what you need and everything was well kept

no , if i had to go back to that location i would stay there again

Our room looked like it had just been updated with all new appointments - walls, carpenting, bathroom, etc. Resturant in the hotel was very good with a very good selection on the buffet tables - both a cold and hot choice.

We stayed here as it was near our son and daughter-in-law. It was within 20 miles of the airport, but the traffic was not what we were used to and it took close to an hour to get to (returning home) or from (upon arrival) the airport.

IT WAS VERY CLEAN, THE STAFF WAS VERY FREINDLY(THE 2ND FLOOR BARTENDER WAS SPECIALLY NICE) AND WAS VERY CONVENIENT TO GET TO(WE WENT TO THE MUSIC CIRCUS IN COHASSET). WE WILL STAY THERE AGAIN WHEN WE GO TO ANOTHER CONCERT.

Kind, courteous staff. Extremely clean. Cheerily accomodated last minute request for handicap accessible room & when we requested mini-fridge nicest man brought one up in minutes. We travel to this area weekly & this was one of our top hotel experiences!
