- Close to Logan, the beach, and love the restaurant.
- New hotel on Revere Beach. Walking distance to several good restaurants, try Kelly's Roast Beef sandwiches. There's a train stop at the hotel with easy access to downtown Boston and the airport. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the airport.
- Hotel staff were friendly and kind.
Cons -
- They gave us a room on the 6th floor without telling us both elevators were not able to be accessed to it. One was not working at all. The other could not be called to the 6th floor. The sofa bed was inoperable and would not open.
- Reached out by email and never received a reply. Asked for sofa bed to be made up before arrival (requested twice) - it was not done. Incorrect information about restaurant opening times. Breakfast only until - 9 am! Completely put away before 9 am!
- At check-in the gentleman said they needed a card if file for incidentals but did not explain that it would put a $100 hold on my card. That would have been nice to know. The pull out couch/sofa mattress was basically springs. It was very uncomfortable.
