Dirty, run down room, stiff mattress caused back pain

The price.

I didn’t like that the windows didn’t seem to have a lock function. Also based off the images I saw online I thought they updated the flooring but it was a very very old and kinda gross carpet.

Very convenient location the staff is absolutely wonderful and it is very quiet

The staff were friendly

The hotel was infested with roaches. We had to switch rooms twice before leaving our trip early. It was the most disgusting place I?ve ever slept at.

Very loud and noisy neighbors and parked cars. Dirty and uncomfortable chair.

Location was convenient to stores and restaurants.

First room was disgusting and dirty. They moved me to another room which was slightly better but smelled like cigarette smoke.

There was a hole in the wall and when we asked for more towels we were questioned about it

Room was dirty. Front desk clerk was rude and complained about us taking a few extra creamers for our shuttle coffee they served.. the breakfast was embarrassing for an over --- a night hotel

The comfort of my sleep and the price.

The tub upon arrival was dirty with some stuff in it I could not define what it was.

Both room I had were so filthy we had to clean them there was so much drug paraphernalia in both rooms then then wouldn't extend our stay cause one of the towels was dirty from cleaning there room they were very unprofessional and ignorant never go there

They have to be 1 of the only hotels in the area that you can get a smoking room. And coffee every morning. Had 1 noise complaint and mgmt took care of it right away. Somewhat private.

The ceiling sounded like gunshots going off even with the smallest child's steps. Our room had a dresser but no place to hang anything. The mini fridge keep freezing everything.

Staff were friendly.

It has seen better days. It was clean enough but it was kind of shabby.

Breakfast is not breakfast orange juice water down and the only thing for breakfast was a mini muffin and apple juice also very water down So NO breakfast

I chose This hotel because it was one of the lowest prices. Now I know why.

The bathtub had bugs scurrying around as did the bed. Replacement room was a suite and the guy at the desk told me only use 1 room. My friend came by & the guy at the desk called the room asking how many people were there.Creeper was watching my room.

My shower didn't work the secondsroom.stunk and the TV did not work staff are rude

Staff was friendly, good location. The bed was comfortable and had clean sheets.

The bathroom was very dirty, stains on the ceiling bad patch jobs on walls and ceiling. The caulk around the tub was basically brown with grime.

The room was much smaller than described. Too much noise, people asking for cigarettes and money.

1st floor access to room for handicap.

Breakfast. Was suppose to be continental, had coffee, tea & packaged pastry. Overall description of Knights inn stated there was an elevator ? Never saw one!No coffee pot or condiments for coffee pot

They had a washer and dryer but other then it was horrible the lady came to my room check up time Iask something to drink he only in the time can give out change for quarters

Everything the stuff was not pleasant the hotel has Roches bud on the bed everything was just not good!!!!

The bed bug stains and the fact that when the staff were alerted to the issue, they said we would have to pay more for a clean room.
