- We loved the art exhibits and that the pool was well maintained. We also loved the lime water in the lobby all day.
- This hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly. The hotel has an artsy vibe which is cool.
- This hotel was well located in downtown North Adams. It was fun and trendy with an art exhibit on the ground level. Free coffee/tea/hot chocolate and apples all day. The staff were friendly and the rooms clean.
Cons -
- We were only disappointed in the inability to stream our services through the TVs (Netflix, etc.).
- At about 9:30 AM the family in the suite next door to mine was having a loud argument, which I could hear with crystal clarity.
- Parking was awkward. Uneven walkways to drag luggage over to walk to hotel. No hot water for tea in the lobby in the morning. Disappointed that there weren't at least take-away bread or rolls for breakfast as they couldn't do regular continental.
