Pros +
- A lot of things were closed due to the storm, which was expected, thus I can't really rate anything.
- The lobby has different galleries that are interesting to walk through and it is also bright with refreshing water available all day and night. The staff were also friendly. The hotel location is excellent being downtown North Adams, it is very easy to walk to restaurants and Mass Moca.

- The bathrooms need to be updated, the wallpaper is very old along with the shower and vanity.
- toilet is too low...for the elderly or even slightly disabled a support bar would be most helpful.Bed was made, clean sheets but was made very sloppily
- Copy of Bill never arrived by email.

Would appreciate some pastries along with the apples at the coffee station, or available for purchase at desk.
