New Bedford Harbor Hotel

It was located within walking distance to the harbour.

Housekeeping never came to our room once during our 3 night stay. The towel rack was pulled off the wall prior to our arrival and didn't get fixed. The have a continental breakfast but ran out of yogurt, etc.

Making a hotel out of an older building and leaving the wooden floors and large windows intact

"Waterview" room might be an overstatement. Two tiny bits of the harbor were visible. Other guests were very loud in the hallway at 1:30 a.m.

Room was freezing even with AC off.. Man overdosed right outside of the front door and the homeless kid hiding in the nook by the front door stealing cigarettes was just creepy

Bad timing-Before I went down to get breakfast before a hike, the toaster & microwave blew a fuse, so they were unavailable. The bread products out for consumption were stale anyway and I would not have eaten them. Had some yogurt.

The room was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and accommodating...and the service bar downstairs was wonderful.

The front desk staff and Hotel employee from housekeeping were so friendly and helpful!

The free breakfast was a little disappointing.

Staff was great and helpful.

Missed breakfast after 10, so get there early

The lobby and bar together we?re very nice

We paid extra for a Waterview room and all we saw was the rooftop of another building. There is no water view because it?s too far from it.

Great location right in the heart of downtown New Bedford. the rooms are very small. Beds are super comfortable.

rooms are very small. two people can not walk around each other in the room. Our room 213 needs refreshing. curtains are stained and the walls need a fresh coat of paint, or cleaning. Free Breakfast is pretty sad.

The room is new and clean.

The Location is a bit away from the route to Cape Cod.

Our original room smelled of smoke, moved to a second room that was not cleaned, our third room was damp and had no working lights, we finally got a clean room on the fourth try.

The location was great. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Parking could be an issue if it was a busier weekend. There¿s a lot a block and a half away. Breakfast was grab and go. Once it¿s gone it¿s gone. Water pressure was not the greatest and the plumbing fixtures needed some maintaining.

Location, and discounted price.

Parking is not close to hotel,very inconvenient.Breakfast was not what you would expect at a 3 star hotel. 1/2 hour after Breakfast started most things were not restocked. Cups,utensils, juices etc... Have had better breakfast at a 2.5 star hotel. Noisey

noise, horribly old mattresses, creepy "american horror story" feel to it.

The location was perfect and the rooms were spacious.

The breakfast was awful. The bottom sheet didn't fit the king bed. The blankets were stained.

Even though my experience was not very pleasant because there were a couple of incidents with my check in, the manager of the hotel apologize profusely and decided to remove the charges due all the inconveniences I went through. Superb customer service!

My whole night was ruined by this hotel. The last time I booked a hotel I had a horrible experience when I set up the hotel it said that I was going to be getting a Marriott or best hotel or even a Hilton hotel. We got stuck with this cheap hotel the last

everything I did jot en up going it ruined my night. i refused to stay there the last time I booked it there was bugs in my room I wanted a refund or exchange and customer service refused to help I lost my money definitely not a 3 1/2 star hotel
