Hampton Inn Boston/Natick

Cleanliness! Attached restaurant was good. Staff was accommodating.

The breakfast was fantastic! I always stay at Hampton Inn when I travel, so am used to having my favorite waffles. But the home fries where the best I've had in years!

How noisy the heater was, and the water coming out of the shower onto the floor, needs a longer shower curtain.

The staff was phenomenal, the room was great, the place was clean, breakfast was great. I have not been this happy with a hotel room in a long time.

Pillows were not good at all. King size bed and smaller than even a normal size pillow

Staff were very warm and welcoming. However, the room was old, worn out, and in dire need of updating. This is a very old property that is really showing its age. Room felt dingy, dirty, and smelly. My toilet ran all night making it difficult to sleep.

Rooms outdated felt like i was in the early 2000s its 2023. No refrigerator in rooms which doesnt make sense, ice machine in sketchy location.

The rooms were clean. The breakfasts were excellent. The place was close to the highway. The sports bar had good food. Plus you were able to watch the Red Sox on the Tv's they had.

The only thing that I was somewhat disappointed in was that on the TV guide it showed that they carried NESN which is the Red Son network for seeing their games. Unfortunately for whatever reason they did not carry the station.I felt they should have it

Breakfast was actually worthwhile. Bon Lots of fresh variety. Staff from the front desk To Cleaners were friendly and efficient. Check in and check out pretty seameless.

There was construction going on all throughout the hotel. The sink was located outside of the bathroom, which I thought was odd.

Convenient location to Natick Mall shopping. Liked that there is a restaurant conveniently located at the hotel. Enjoyed the free coffee and cookies in the lobby, as well as the breakfast.

This was the second time we have stayed at this location. The rooms are always neat and clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. Love the fact there is a huge breakfast buffet included in the price of the room.

Internet was down during entire stay. Water pressure was horrible- shower was very low pressure and had to flush toilet 3- 5 times. There was a lot of paint peeling (actually flaking off) the bathroom ceiling.
