The coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave were near a two unit outlet, one had to be unplugged to use another. The interior design lacked unity and a peacefulness. It looked like it was designed by some Gen Z students as a project.

The atmosphere of the hotel, the cleanliness, and friendly staff make this hotel my favorite in the area!

I have stayed in this hotel many times and the bed quality is always great! This last stay the beds were too soft for my liking, I felt like I was sinking in the bed. I will make sure I ask for a firm bed next time. I love this hotel!

Location is perfect for where I needed to be

I?ve stayed at this hotel several times in the distant past. The rooms have not been upgraded since. There is only one USB outlet in the room and while there is a restaurant there they do not serve lunch.

The interior decoration was fantastically beautiful

We didn?t have a fridge and microwave in our room. We dined out throughout our stay and had to toss out our leftovers because we didn?t have a way to heat them up.

Very clean, nice restaurants. Easily accessible. Close to shopping and highway.

Toilet kept flushing and overflowed until we figured out to jiggle the handle. Room was missing a waste basket.

Located near those we were visiting, plus convenient shopping and breakfast spot - Zaftig's. Fun and kitschy displays and comfy (4th floor) lounge area to explore with the grandkids.

For the price and star rating, I expected better coffee quality pods and real creamer (half & half) cups. Room was adequate, but a bit dated. Our desk and lamp had stains or damage.

We loved the decor, the lemon drops the desk and bar staff. The plumber was inept or unable to fix a non flushing toilet.

The plumbing was iffy. The room lighting was poor. They had a desk but no light anywhere near it. The heating /air-conditioning was confusing. They had a thermostat that seemed to control heat and air . If so it didn't do it well.

Bit run down. Ceiling was leaking on top floor, lights didn't work in our room, and the drawers would not close.

Room was comfortable and clean. Waiter in Dining Room was very attentive and kind.

Our room was not very clean. Stains on the bedding, The light was broken and chips and cracks in walls and furniture.

It use to be my favourite hotel in the Boston/Natick area. Not anymore.

Close to restaurants, Natick Mall, Logan Express.

There was only 1 waste basket in the room, in the bathroom with no lining. No cups in the bathroom for brushing teeth. I left a tip for housekeeper but there was no note pad or pencil to say thank you with the tip. There was no cable channel list

Really fun decorated hotel in a convenient location. Room was comfortable and staff was accommodating and kind.

Staff was amazing. The hotel decor gives you so many places to capture great memories. The breakfast buffet was really good, I'd stay here again for sure. All the way from Virginia.
