The beds were amazing very clean and modern very likely to come there again

I think that they should be able to check in earlier than 4 in case there's things some one needs to do so they can have time to get ready and utilize the hotel

The room

when i was told i had a free breakfast the person at the desk argued and charged me half price and called me a liar, The mgr ended up taking it off. I only got 1 plate and was there for 10 minutes why would I lie.

staff and location - staff was a great help and extremely patient with us as we had car trouble as soon as we arrived. Cinthya and her associate did a wonderful job making us feel at ease as well as relieved our nervousness about the emergency.

Some stains on the carpet and some towels had to be requested, also no food service except for breakfast, that was not included in the price of the room.

The hotel was very clean.

My room was 80 degrees when I walked in. I understand the AC has sensors but it took a little bit for it to cool. Also the hotel offered no amenities except for free internet.

IT WAS NEW, CLEAN, AND MODERN FEEL. The woman at time of check in was helpful and explained things well.

1)The lights in the room were difficult to figure out. 2)The hotel charged us $24 parking/night, rather than $12. We just left our keys at the desk, but another guest told us that they were overcharged and we discovered they did the same to us.

Noisy from traffic. Staff not very helpful. No valet parking

This place is trash! I paid a very high price for a king size bed and when I get there they want to give me a two queen beds that looked like someone¿s been in there. I never wrote a review before for a hotel but this place was the worst! Never again!

Our sink was leaking but we were moved.

Location was great, room was very clean and modern. Parking was free and very close, at a nearby parking garage.

The location just outside of Boston worked perfectly for us. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and efficient. The room was comfortable, clean and the shower was great.

There was another hotel under construction outside our fourth floor window. Over the weekend not a noise problem, just a not so nice view. But come Monday morning the noise and disruption started early.

The place was not accomodatimg any amenities. I tried to cancel they wouldn't let me. The place shouldn't even be rated. Ive stayed in cheap motels ,AC is overrated .

Very clean hotel staff was amazing and it's in a great location

Besides the construction that was going on behind the hotel that started promptly at 7a.m it was a great stay

Near were I was going.

No hot water in the room. The water was lukewarm and when I told the front desk they didn't do anything about it. So during a pandemic we had a cold showers and no hot water to wash our hands. Thank you for your effort to keep us safe.

The view was great and the size was also perfect.

The room was good but, there was NO room service and there was no room cleaning for 3 days.
