It’s location was perfect for a wedding we went to

Outside grounds and building kinda dumpy

Charging $--- a night based off a rate of a closed hotel . The closed hotel was housing homeless people the state was be charged $350 person. I should be reimbursed for the over charges that were based off a closed hotel in the area

Very well managed. Great location. Near Berkshire East Ski resort and situate at a historic town of Greenfield. The hotel offered hot soup in the evening for free. It is so nice for the skiers who came back from a tiring ski trip.

The breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were clean and service was quick from the front desk

one of the blankets had a weird smell. We ended up having two beds in our room so we slept in the other one, but that is the only very minor complaint, would stay again

safety, our car was vandalized and someone stole our car logo. and it turns out there are other cars that was vandalized the same day. total of 4 cars. the hotel management knew about it but nobody told us about the incident, we just found out

It was close to our destination and easy access to restaurants.

I found the hotel a little more ¿worn¿ than my typical Hampton experience.

no vent fan I could find in the bathroom. took a shower and the room smoke alarm went off (luckily stopped within a minute)

Television did not have a program guide. Traveling , no idea what channel had for viewing , nor what was on . Had to surf through every one. Wait for a commercial to end then see what was on. $-- for a room with on the cheap very basic cable (?) serv

The hotel was what I consider a $--- a night not a $--- which I paid. The outside looked dirty and the hotel was not like the Hampton Inns that I am use to staying. It was just not up to par.

The location was good and there was plenty of parking. Staff were friendly as well.

The pool was going through renovations and wasn't open. That should have been disclosed and I should be getting a partial refund for the false info provided.

I could have gotten 4 nights at another local hotel for the amount of money I spent for 2 nights at this place. Poor customer service, the pool is broken, $250 security deposit that I was not told about, and the breakfast was a bag lunch! I¿m angry.

Thought it was over priced for the area. I booked 5 months in advance, checked numerous sites, and could not get any type of discount.

Connecting door provided NO SOUND BARRIER I felt like guests were in the room with us and they were loud and up later

Everything staff was awesome room was immaculate location was great

These rooms and the lobby were very clean, air conditioning excellent, breakfast bar just fine. Beds are very comfortable. There were afternoon snacks that were appreciated and coffee always available. Staff is wonderful: friendly, fun and helpful.
