Pros +

- So clean, spacious, and comfortable. Great location. Breakfast in barn was so convenient.
- The cleanliness, decor, and attention to detail.
Cons -
- The room was small, but very clean. The room was located next to the office and facing a very loud street (In Falmouth, no less). People next door that were speaking very loudly until late at night (felt like they were in our room).
- Breakfast was poor defrosted bagels
