2 large beetles in my room. Front desk didn't seem to care about it

Loved this hotel. We stayed for Christmas and the town?s restaurants were closed. The staff had breakfast for us which was a pleasant surprise. Loved the friendly staff

Location. The fact that the remodeling work was kept separate from the guests.

Navigating inside the hotel was difficult. It?s like a maze and not well marked by signs. If you?re going to remodel the rooms, do the bathroom as well. Heating system was VERY noisy and made it hard to sleep.

It was very dirty and dated. Ice machine was broken. Poor ADA access and stained sheets. We had to change rooms.

Yes - it was a horrifying stay, the room was not cleaned once in the 3 nights we slept there, and we notified them Thursday night and Friday Morning and they did nothing but LIED TO US saying they will let the house keeping manager know.

Called to ask if they were pet friendly they said yes but when we arrived they said no.

One of the two queen beds in the room had a badly worn out mattress with a noticeable deep sag in the middle. Couldn't sleep in it. Reported it to the front desk the next morning.

Clean and change the beding I stayed for 4 days and not once did they change the sheets even after we asked

Front manager extremely rude and threatened me about my Service Animal!

The woman on the front desk was very accommodating. In addition to changing our room, she offered to try to find us a room at another hotel.

The room we were given had a heating unit that wouldn¿t shut off. The room we were moved to had a musty smell. The bathroom ceiling was moldy and there was a water spot in the room with mold. The hotel was full and it was late so we stayed.

The friendly staff

There is mold on the whole ceiling and wall paper peeling. I checked in after midnight and didn¿t notice it then but when I woke up I was shocked

Location was practical for visiting Martha¿s Vineyard.

Toilet was dirty. I took a picture and reported it so they could send send someone to clean it. There was a dark stain in the toilet as if it had not been cleaned in a long time. They cleaned it that evening.

The hotel was exactly as expected. The staff was extremely nice. It isn't a brand new hotel, but it was clean and comfortable.

Zero complaints. Would stay again.

Great location comfortable bed great staff

The desk clerk saw I needed a cane to walk, and swithced our room closer to the lobby. She was very nice, and explained the outlay of the hotel and explained our coupons to us.

Restaurant was closed the night we stayed, very good food.

It was an OK place to flop for the night.

Old, outdated hotel. Furnishings were a bit worn and tired. Not what I'd expect from Holiday Inn.

Bed was very comfortable. Having the fridge in the room was nice

The room was much more rundown than expected. Stains on the chair and carpet and there were several fixtures in the bathroom in need of attention

The staff was great.

The common areas including hallways, staircases, railings, carpets, etc were dirty and dusty. The hotel smelled very musty and like stale cigarette smoke. And the elevator is very inconvenient snd still requires a few stairs no matter what.
