Location and price
People were friendly and helpful at the front desk. Hotel is old, but clean. Loved the colorful flowers out front.
Really well kept! Best "Motel" I have ever stayed in. Almost felt like resort quality. The hotel contacted me in advance because there was an issue with my card and we promptly got it resolved.

Cons -

bathroom door was not easy to close
Price felt a bit high but it is Cape Cod and it is the peak season so....

Cute little charming motel right in the middle of all the shops and restaurants. Walking distance to everywhere
