This was supposed to be a handicapped accessible room. The bathroom was NOT accessible. The door was wide, but with a wheelchair the only way to get in was by opening the door to the hallway. The shower was in a high sided tub!

The Hampton Inn was great. Made our stay very comfortable. It's located a little way off the road which makes it really nice and quiet. The staff was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great! Plenty of food for everyone.

I go there often it's close to family and has nice comfy beds

It smelled bad. The bathroom was dirty and there were loud ticking noises coming from the wall

It's located in a wooded area without much around. But little noise from traffic, however signs should be posted stated limit running and loud talking in hall ways.

No daily room service and lack of electrical outlets for electronics. We travel with a computer, two tablets, two phones, hear aid, two headphones, 2 paperwhites so it was difficult to find ports.

The staff was extremely accomodating and the breakfasts were terrific. The rooms was perfect for our needs.

Everything except breakfast. They didn¿t have turkey sausage A lot of people don¿t eat pork. They should have both. And the eggs shouldn¿t have pork in it for the pethdt font eat it. The sausage wasn¿t cooked all the way

Friendly staff and good breakfast

The vending machines on the 2nd and 3rd floors were out of order. The one on the first floor had no bottled water.

Staff was friendly and helpful when calling about the issues with room 333.

Water stopped when taking a shower and toilet kept ringing in the middle of the night and had to get up several times to flash toilet.

Clean and service was good

7am somebody was playing music real loud and woke us up

Total lack of USB ports in the room. Given the ubiquitous need for charging phones and other devices the hotel should consider updating some of the lights to ones that also provide USB charge ports.

Staff is excellent. The breakfast is always fresh.

They definitely need new mattresses.

My only complaint is the TV did not work.

Very clean and the hotel staff were very pleasant.

I did not care for the breakfast. It was mostly processed foods with artificial ingredients. I'd prefer organic real food.
