The Soundings Seaside Resort is located on Cape Cod, on the Nantucket sound. It has 365 feet of private beach. Rooms at The Soundings Seaside Resort are furnished with work desks. Soundings Seaside Resort has an indoor and an outdoor pool, as well as a hot tub and sauna. Soundings is 30 miles from Cape Cod National Seashore. - Bathtub with jets!Mattress and pillows
- We had a wonderful time overall. The 2 bedroom suite was a good size, had two bathrooms and a small kitchen, a little gas fireplace, and was very functional. Amazing location by the ocean, we walked on the beach and enjoyed the sunset. Very friendly staff. We also appreciated the swimming pool and the jacuzzi.

Cons -
- Parts of room were shabby, with "landlord special" repairs. Kitchen sink sprayed onto counter. Heat was very loud. Lighting was harsh -- overhead only, no lamps. No lighting at all in bedroom, had to request lamps. Did not anticipate stairs only, no elevator. No walk off mat for snow and salt. Uncomfortable couch with low back, no pillows. Microwave, shower soap dispensers, some kitchen supplies were for tall people only, no step stool. Art work on wal was disturbingly dirty, like someone had walked across it. Generally the room was designed by someone who doesn't have to stay there.
- Even in the off season, price is high for an aging facility, which could use some renovation. Our room had mold from water damage on the ceiling.
