Bed was nice, good shower, staff nice and willing to help

Electrical sockets cannot handle hair driers. Drying hair threw the circuit breakers, they "fixed" it but the next day my hair drier did not work again, neither did the hotel supplied one. I had to go to the shared kitchen to dry my hair before leaving.

The location was close to the Dennis bay beaches.

The front office staff was rude and the room was filthy with black hair. The entire room needs a reno as if they haven't done anything in over 5 yrs at a popular summer motel. Towels were cleanish but did not smell like bleach.. why not?

It was quaint little hotel.

During our stay the entire hotel was under renovation. We went for a peaceful weekend and it was anything but. On top of it there was no staff available and the Main office was closed. It was a Huge disappointment. They should not have taken reservation.

Reasonably priced and Staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer beach shuttle which was perfect and saved us $15.00 on parking for Mayflower beach.

Our stay was very enjoyable! The inn keepers are so accommodating, we felt like we were staying with family! The rooms were impeccable and the location was perfect in proximity of dining and beaches! I will definitely recommend the Starlight Lodge!

Room. Bathroom sink in the bedroom. Not a good idea. Uncomfortable bed. Loud air conditioner. Tv kept going off. Had to ask for room cleaning. Bathroom cramped. No closet.

The pillows! It sounds weird but I was actually going to contact the facility and ask where purchased or have them purchase 2 for me and I would pay. The 2 nights that I slept there I slept the entire night thru comfortably. No neck or back pain. It was amazing. It's been 12 years since I broke my back that I slept through the night. I was grateful.

The bathroom was small.

There is a fire pit and grill that we used while we were there. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There is also a very nice kitchen for all the guests to use. This was our second stay and we plan on coming back again next year.

There was no breakfast provided. In fact, a room was provided on the premises for coffee. My wife discovered that the coffee pot switch did not work. There was NO COFFEE!

This is a serious complaint. The bathroom tub and shower is dangerous. There are no safety bars to get into or out of the tub. The shower curtain bar needs to be elevated or the shower curtain replaced. The shower curtain extended into the tub creating a slippery hazard. The tub's middle section did not have any slip strips to prevent slipping. The commode was squeezed into a space that gave ca six inches for legs before hitting the tub. The water was hot. My wife has a vascular leg issue and therefore did not venture a shower. Whs

Convenient location. Comfortable bed. Nice area.

It was nice that they offered free Keurig coffee but then the machine broke and it wasn't fixed for a few days. Coffee also available in office but it wasn't open early enough for coffee in the a.m.

The owners were friendly and more than accommodating for a switch I wanted to make with my room. Grounds were well groomed, clean and offered so much to do during your stay.

Our first room was very small, but would have been fine.

The atmosphere was quaint, the staff were very pleasant, the room was very comfortable- overall our stay was great. Will likely be back.

A continental breakfast, though not needed, would have been a nice touch.

Close proximity to some great attractions! Super cute and cozy rooms. The grounds were nicely kept. Relaxing fire pit area with games. Very pretty pool area especially at night!

Only down side was the small bathroom area. Not a total deal breaker.

Location was fine, motel was clean.

Check in person never asked me for my license, never told us anything about the property. The room was clean but beds were very uncomfortable. Bathtub very slippery, needed attention. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels no maid service unless you asked. For the amount of money I paid it was not worth it.

The room could’ve used a closet or some stands for luggage. It was a small comfortable room.

There are a lot of amenities, especially if you come with a family. Pool, grills, fire pit and outdoor games. The location was very good

Room was very small, bathroom extremely tight and had a lot of mold. If you are a larger person you wouldn’t be able to sit on toilet without your knees in your face. Air conditioning very loud as well as bed. Walls paper thin could hear everything.
