Comfort Inn Danvers - Boston North Shore

The room was clean. The price was good. The breakfast was good.

They had the most comfortable pillows I have ever slept on. The room was spacious and the blue corner chair was in great shape and a really nice color. The sink next to the fridge was a nice touch.

I prefer a floor length mirror, usually in the foyer. There was only the bathroom mirror. And the fridge had a large half-filled soda bottle in it. Service missed it from the last occupant.

Hallway was noisy at times

Breakfast, convenience, comfortable beds, there is a microwave and fridge, nice staff.

It should be rated higher than a 2.5 star

Breakfast was available in the morning and beds were comfy

The room smelled of mould, there was mould visible inside the AC radiator and everytime we put the AC on you could smell it. There were bugs that looked like cockroaches coming from the radiator cracks. I found a dead one in my bed. Staff were not helpful

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were large with the kitchenette/suite. Staff was very friendly. This hotel was more comfortable and cleaner than other 4 star hotels in the area. A little bit of variety for breakfast each morning.

We had 1-2 bugs a day in our bathroom (no roaches) on a corner room that I believe were coming up through the shower drain. Our first room had a very loud and broken AC sound. Staff moved us immediately to a new room, however.

The room was clean.

I requested a handicap shower. There were no grab bars in the bathroom at all. The hot breakfast was pathetic. I heard the squeaky elevator door all night.

Property was clean and up to date. Staff was very friendly and helpful when needed

Microwave and the fridge, 30 minutes from airport

I was placed in a room that smelled like heavy cologne and cigarette and there were stains on the doorway, some mold on the ceiling. I had to call downstairs to get a different room and was coughing .

Everything. The Staff was professionally friendly and helpful. That is Key for this customer. Room was well appointed and CLEAN. Breakfast was good and helpfully staffed. My Pet was welcomed.

Only one. Pet fee is per diem. I think once per stay is appropriate, especially since hotel has my consent to use my card, should there be any damage. ( Their were none.)

Room had the appearance of being recently renovated. Everything was sparkling clean and easy to use. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially in the breakfast room.

Road signage was obscure and blocked by buildings and bushes making the approach to the hotel along the road of it tentative.

The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We had continuous trouble with our key cards.

Good breakfast. Room was clean and spacious. Front desk personnel were courteous.

Just a little hard to get to because of the way the roads are in the area, which is not the fault of the hotel.

Location. Cleanliness and comfort. Helpfulness of staff. New shower upgrade since last year.

Nice staff, breakfast good with staff cleaning tables after people left , good fitness room with working equipment Spacious room with large refrigerator and dishwasher but no stove or cooktop, but they had portable hot plate available with pan

Air conditioner did work too well but windows opened Noisy upstairs guests late at nite, stomping around for a while. Did not have that problem first two nights and was quiet rest of time

I looove Comfort Inn- Danvers MA. I love the cleanliness of the place from Lobby to the room. I love the location and the friendly atmosphere. I love that always so peaceful for me. Employee front Desk- very pleasant and employee a kind hearted woman A++

No-Very addictive place to stay and relax.

Location,location and a friendly atmosphere. The front desk manager upon check in made you feel welcome and very polite too.

That was my second time staying in comfort Inn Danvers . I have not yet discovered or finding anything. Fresh coffee and free breakfast always taste fresh.

Convenient location to Gloucester, Salem, Beverly, and Boston. The destinations we visited. Coffee bar available 24/7 is nice. Hot breakfast and free internet always a non-starter if not available.

No towel racks in the bathroom. Choice is encouraging a GREEN environment replacing towels & bed linen every 3rd day. Only issue without towel racks to hang wet towels you are forced to leave wet towels in the shower and request fresh ones.

The bed wasn't very comfortable
