Hampton Inn Boston/Cambridge

The breakfast was good, the convenience of taking the train and buses were great. The lady at the front desk was very very welcoming to an out of towner. I appreciated her more than anything.

There was an older tall guy with white hair and glasses who was very nasty and rude. I felt like he talked down to me when I asked him a question. I was so turned off by his attitude. He clearly hated his job. He was working on Thursday night, May 25 7pm.

It is located right next to the Lechmere Mbta station. So easy to get around from here. I also have to give a shoutout to the breakfast cooks and the maple smoked sausage slices! Yum!

Staff was not consistent with information given to us, i.e., originally told if we wanted room cleaned to tell the desk. When we asked we were told it could be cleaned every 4 days. And, we were all disappointed there was no waffle machine for breakfast!

The green line train station is still being constructed so that's a minor gripe until it's complete. No microwave in room. Refrigerator was noisy.

Location is excellent - staff was friendly - room was clean and high quality.

Being told upon arrival that parking was full and then having to pay separately to park at a garage a half mile away from the hotel.

The beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent once they finish the subway route it will be perfect.

Kids were a little disappointed they didnt have a pool but that was fine with me. They are rebuilding part of the subway so right now you had to take a shuttle or walk to another station

The staff was attentive. Room was somewhat tight because we had a baby crib in there, but clean.

I called ahead to request a crib be put in the room because our flight was arriving very late at night. We arrived at after 1am and there was no crib in the room. Once crib was brought, there were no sheets for the crib. We had to request that as well.

Clean and Neat. Location is just awesome. Just under 30 min drive to all major attractions. We were a group of 6. Had a nice time.

The location was beautiful - nice to walk around.

The only surprise I didn't like or appreciate was not having been advised upon my reservation that there would be a $42/day parking charge. That cost was almost another night's stay.

The shower head made for a great shower.

Everything was great, my card got demagnetised once, but it was no hassle to get it sorted

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is great. The street was closed for two days because of construction, but not the hotel’s fault. The garage with free parking is secure and a great benefit in the Boston area.

When we checked in we were given options for the level of daily room cleaning. We chose towels and trash only. Our dirty towels were removed without replacing new ones and the trash was taken out only once. When we left the trash was overflowing.

The location is good, but at this moment, lots of construction going on on the street. That’s a little annoying, but I am aware it’s not the hotels responsibility.

The staff was wonderful, accommodating, insightful, helpful and friendly.  the man, he is such a nice person. He made the stay worth it. Room and hotel was very clean, recently renovated and the breakfast was really nice.

The room had no microwave and seemed was a chair/couch. The bathroom, though recently renovated, had a small shower.

Pretty normal hotel super close to the T station, making getting to downtown Boston a breeze. Worth it if you are cost conscious and willing to navigate public transit.

Parking Garage was ridiculous! Don't drive a large vehicle to end, it is DEAD, good luck backing up. Soda machines broken only accepting credit cards, No refridgerators in rooms

Breakfast was amazing. Selection was great.

The parking garage gets a little tight when its crowded. Hard to find a spot. But I found one, the parking job was tight. Not a big deal, not a dealbreaker by any means.

Close to TD Gardens, continental breakfast was awesome, inside parking Garage,and staff were great
